I don’t I ordered a double stack cheeseburger they sent me with a junior cheeseburger or cheeseburger is so small that my cat can’t even eat it because it’s burnt crispy burnt. How do you sell burnt hamburgers and then you give the smallest hamburger a double stack is not a small hamburger. I’ve ordered them beforeand this food is burnt. They need to pay attention to the food and how they handling the orders.

I have found the store inside to be clean every time I’ve gone, the drive-thru service is quite fast, and the products are of good quality. If you go inside, you might hear employees talking or shouting. It’s important to always maintain professionalism. I really liked the Christmas decoration.

I ordered at the DT for a late lunch. As I spoke it showed the words “I’d like a Wendy’s single, please, With just cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, and extra pickle.” I get up to the window and I pay for it. I opened up the bag to check it, and it’s a windy, single with cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, some pickles, but not anything that would qualifies extra, and mustard that was put on the bun and then looks like it was taken off on the top of the bun. The girl comes back to the window and I point out that I got the wrong order, this isn’t what I asked for. She says well I see extra pickles on there. Then she tells me that’s what the tag says. All the tag says is single cheeseburger extra pickle not anything like what I said on the menu board. I said so I can’t get it fixed, she’s like that’s what it said on the board so I just drove off and threw it away. I will not be back to this Wendy’s, ever again. As if the burger wasn’t bad enough, the girls attitude at drive-through was less than satisfactory.

Im writing this review after coming several times because its near my home and I always think my next visit is gonna be better than the last but im always disappointed. I went most recently today on Easter Sunday The fries were stale and the burgers were made very thrown together and the amount of bacon on our baconators was slim to none. The lemonades were good but the staff isn’t very friendly either at least not the afternoon staff I hope they have better days and serve better food in the future.

Not gonna lie. I never give bad reviews especially on a fast food restaurant. Cause no one looks at em, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. No lie the place has flies everywhere, there was a fly in the fries and the manager only gave me a refund for me fries. I never expect anything but this was the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. When i walked inside to show them the literal fly in my fries, there were flies on the bag of an order sitting there for pickup. Will not be going back to Wendy’s for a while.

I ordered a bacon classic combo. She handed me a receipt that has chicken in it. I said I didn’t order chicken. She said I have Dave’s combo but know bacon. Ok, she said I have baconantor. I was like just take the bacon and put it on the Dave’s combo. She gonna give me all types of excuses. They are real good, order correct, fast. Maybe is just her.

Plenty of parking. Not busy around 1:00p.m. Kiosk takes credit cards only. May order @ register. Took a little long to get food. Order was accurate. Cashier was nice. Burgers were flavorful but just warm, not hot. Fries were salty.

My children and I went to this Wendy today when we come up to the drive thru. A person stared screaming what do you want I said. Give me a minute pls you can clearly hear in her angry voice that she did not wanted to be at work today. Shame people like that need to be sent home when they do this while working with people horrible it was not even busy

I’m done with Wendy’s. The AI ordering system starts by trying to sell you something you don’t want, and then interrupts you while you are trying to order to yourself you. It’s already ready food, the least they can do is allow us to order from a human. It’s not acceptable this way. They also insist that you hand over your unlocked phone when you want to pay with Apple Pay.
