I ordered a kid’s meal today and I look forward to the toy in the bag everytime, except this time, the 10 word book was very disappointing. Hope they consider better gifts.

I visited this Wendy’s location on 1/13/26. I want to start by saying this is the only Wendy’s I’ve been to that charges $0.50 for an extra sauce. When placing several orders that included fries, burgers, and nuggets, I was surprised to be charged extra for BBQ sauce, especially when ketchup was not included.
Additionally, my order was incorrect. Although my (very faded) receipt shows that I ordered two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, I only received one. The second sandwich was a different burger with a double patty and mustard, which is an issue for me as I am allergic to mustard.
The quality of the food was also disappointing. The fries appeared old and had clearly been sitting for some time, and the nuggets were very dry. This was especially concerning given that my order was placed around 1:30 PM.
The only positive part of the experience was the drive-through attendant, who was pleasant and courteous. That is the sole reason for the one-star rating.

I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way to my birthday weekend with friends in Orlando. It was clean, friendly, and the food was delicious.
In a strange turn of events, a week later a mini fridge I ordered from Walmart said it was delivered. However it was not delivered to my home, but this Wendy’s. Don’t ask me how that happened but I called and they assured me they would keep my fridge safe. When I arrived, 2 gentlemen carried the fridge into my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Wendy’s!!!

Jusr went thru drive thru 15 minutes ago asked the window person for honey mustard sauce. She said it was in the bag ,and of course it was not.Question her about the drink order asked for diet and she gave sugar drinks, not good for a diabedic person. Sandwiches were all wrong also. Massive retraining needed

I just left this location and all my food was cold, nothing was hot, my burgers feel like they just came from a freezer and straight to my hand. The girl at the window was nice but the customer service and ability to give a good product is not taken into account. I know it’s fast food but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t care.

Made a late night run to Wendy’s today and the service and food was amazing! I went through the drive through and was greeted by Alex who was extremely communicative and friendly. Most times when I’ve gone to different Wendy’s locations I’ve had people provide rude customer service but Alex was 10 out of 10, very friendly and professional! The food was very fresh as well considering I went to order around 10:30 at night! Great spot and I’ll be back again!

I ordered through the drive thru, and ordered a taco salad. I did not get the chili that was supposed to come with it. I also ordered an unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. I won’t be going back to this place

Worst experience EVER !!! My family and I drove to Wendy’s today & decided to go through drive thru to purchase our food and immediately had to go inside due to the poor over cooked nuggets, fries and burgers we had . Went in to report to the workers about the over cooked meal I gotten . They didn’t seem to care because the second time they so called re-make the food it was the same .(food that been sitting there and just put right back in the fryer). My kids and I did not enjoy this experience. P.S manager was literally chilling and trying on the job while I was complaining to co worker with no care in the world.
