I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Wendy’s. I arrived around 12:30 AM on Sunday Sep 28, well within their posted business hours — both online and on-site it clearly says they are open until 2:00 AM.
I pulled up to the drive-thru to place an order for food, but all of the employees completely ignored me. I waited patiently for more than 15 minutes at the window without a single acknowledgment. It was obvious they didn’t want to take my order. I could clearly see the staff inside looking me, yet they deliberately refused to assist me.
It wasn’t until I knocked loudly on the window that this guy in the photo ( I supposed is the manager) finally came out. At that point, due to the extremely rude and dismissive behavior from everyone, I told him, “You know what, don’t even worry about the food — just please give me my free Frosty coupon from the Boo! Book donation.” He started to serve it, but the moment I decided to record the situation for documentation, he suddenly refused to give it to me and slam the door on my face, said he wouldn’t sell me anything, and began insulting me.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they refuse to serve me during open hours, but they were also disrespectful, unprofessional, and tried to deny a legitimate coupon I’m entitled to redeem. I hope corporate reviews this and the camera footage and takes immediate action to ensure better late-night service and proper staff training at this location.

A well-known American fast food chain, famous for its good burgers, but this particular restaurant is disappointing in terms of cleanliness and service. I believe you can find better options nearby. The photos speak for themselves.

The food items we ordered were very good, no issue there. The time from order to ready for pick up was also without issue.
The female employee at the register seemed more like an automaton than human. Cashier perturbed to have anyone interrupt her motionless, blank stare. Hence the 4 stars rating.
Okay that being said, in all of that there was a very nice young man who called out for us to pick up our order he was engaging, he looked straight at me, I thanked him, he replied “your welcome.”
Manners are not a lost art after all with some young.

Came in to eat dinner, the manager misheard me say I wanted a number 6 meal and just a sandwich , a number 9. Instead of the number 9 she gave us a number 8. Simple fix appreciate that.
Than needed to use the bathroom one of the crew members said you need to make a purchase, i said I did and showed the receipt, she had a little attitude with me.

I don’t care if you’re having a bad day or what, you check your personal life at the door when you’re at work. If you’re not sure of the answer then say you don’t know the answer. Don’t have an attitude with customers that will make a customer not want to come back. The customer is clearly showing the RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.

I have to give a shout out to the short unevenly proportioned manager who is being ridiculous about the bathroom. I stopped at the Chevron that is in the same building and made a purchase. Unfortunately the bathroom in the chevron is broken and I went to the Wendy’s to use the bathroom. This girl had a horrible attitude when I asked to use the bathroom. She said I had to purchase something. Remember these 2 stores are in the same building and you do not have to go outside to get next door. I decided to order a burger so I could pee and they didn’t even get the order right. When I asked them to fix it I got even more attitude. She needs to be fired.

I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all. We weren’t allowed to use the bathroom unless we ordered, the drink machine tasted bad, the worker walked away from me while I was speaking, the food was terrible (my #1 meal was super dry with hard bread), and even the drinks was undrinkable. Save your money and go to a better Wendy’s with decent reviews.

Unfortunately, our experience at Wendy’s was disappointing. The food had a bad taste and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the staff was very rude, and we felt we were treated poorly throughout our visit. Given the restaurant’s reputation, we expected much better service and food quality. We hope these issues are addressed in the future.

Listened to the company’s Q2 earnings in their parking lot during breakfast hours. Food was nice but Dave would not be happy about their earnings report. Hopefully the company gets back to it’s former, profitable self.

I want to start by saying i’ve of course as many people have been to a lot of fast food places and this is by far the cleanest and the customer service is unmatched thanks largely in part of the Manager Courtney Thompson his attitude and genuine friendliness made me and my family’s experience a one to remember we will definitely be coming back when we’re in the area Thanks again Courtney Thompson!
