Kids were hungry after being at the outlets. They had the $6 Biggie Bag. Very good value for money and around half the price of a normal meal.

Food was ok. Cashier was very polite and answered my questions. One of the soft drink machines was wide open, no one was servicing it. The floor was wet, highly prone to accidents. The ladies restroom was dirty. Soon after my order was ready found no napkins. The ice machine over loaded my cup. Tables were dirty. The place is highly neglected for being in the Disney area.

By far the most unkept restaurant I’ve ever been to, they locked the doors at 4:15 and asked the customer how they got in their closed then told him they won’t take his order . Alot of customers tried to come in they just ignored them there was no signs saying they were closed. They messed up my food no big deal the “manager” sent the worker back over to the counter where I was standing to “take that food” lol u can have it, it wasn’t what I ordered. She then proceeded to say what do u want, all I wanted was NO LETTUCE after her going over the whole burger do u want this oh u want this. ♀️ What a mess

Just an average experience at this Wendy’s. The drive through line moved quick but the employee taking my order was less than excited to be taking my order. I was made to feel like I was bothering someone in the middle of something more important. There was no read back of our large order to ensure accuracy. The digital display on the drive though ordering screen was blank so we weren’t able to check the order there either. Once we did get our food, to no ones surprise it was inaccurate.

We came here tonight for dinner and a quick dinner and let me tell you they exceeded our expectations. Food absolutely fresh service was kind fast and everything was exactly how we ordered it which was a complicating order. Nothing was wrong. I am beside myself. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service. We’ve never had Wendy’s that tasted so good .

Family and I decided to stop in for a quick bite before heading to Disney. Their drive thru line was short so we decided to dine in since it didn’t look busy. Well we stood in line for a good 20 minutes until someone decided to take our order with an attitude. This man either didn’t want to work or something was up. We were polite and just shrugged it off. Once we got our order we were missing fries, sauces and drinks which he even fought us for saying we hadn’t paid for! It was clearly on our receipt which he didn’t even want to look at, keep in mind he took our order. Overall horrible customer service, managers saw we were having issues and not one of them came to ask how they could help or anything. Food was decent but they need to do something about the bad employees wendys has in there.
