My sister and I wanted a quick and cheap meal, so we ended up going to a Wendy’s near the hotel we were staying at. I got some Biggie Bites, where you choose two items for $4. I ended up doing two 4-piece chicken nuggets. I also got a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag with an Orange Hi-C. I got a Sour Cream and Chives baked potato as well. I like getting butter so I made sure to add the butter to the order, since it isn’t always included. Between all of this, we were able to eat quite a bit. The employees were really nice, and I appreciated that everything in our order was in the bag despite it being a weird order.

So usually I avoid this Wendy’s at all costs, and drive a little farther to go to the Wendy’s on turkey lake, and tonight I am reminded why I avoid this Wendy’s on major blvd at all costs !! In case the owner/ supervisor wants to reference this order, my order number is 4845 , I visited 10/14/25, @ 8:52 PM . I spent 41$ and that’s quite pricey for Wendy’s but I needed a quick dinner solution and honestly it feels like I took 41$ and threw it in the garbage. Food quality was terrible. Looks like they slopped the sandwiches together as if they were in a sandwich race competition for the circus, additionally we waited a good 5 minutes for it also to be cold. Cold and sloppy sandwich’s . Also, it wasn’t fresh. The fries were definitely double fried and the chicken was also double fried as we bit into rock hard chicken sandwiches. So cold , sloppy, rock hard food that would keep any dentist in business if I tried to take another bite. Really disheartening that I specifically requested no bacon on the jr cheeseburger for my son who is allergic to pork and had he opened the sandwich and bit into it, I would have forwarded the hospital bill. Very displeased, very disappointed, very dissatisfied. The best part about the whole interaction was the young man that served us. The receipt says his name was Jean, he was pleasant . We asked for sauce and he said he had to charge us but when I showed him the bag had no sauces for the nuggets he politely apologized and gave us the sauces. Outside of Jeans’ customer service I am writing this review out of my anger that I just threw away 41$ down the garbage on food we didn’t eat because of how terribly cold , sloppy, and displeasing it was. Thank god for cereal ! Although a nice hot meal we paid for would have been much more appreciated. 0 stars . Wendy’s on turkey lake takes a long time to get the food, but at least the food is always fresh and hot. I should have just did the extra 7 minute drive there. Rant over

I have been to this Wendy’s several times when in the Orlando area… The Food is consistently good and the service is always great, friendly employees , very observant and quick, today was the first time I went inside, I always use the drive thru, it was clean and condiment area stocked .. Appreciate you all! Keep up the great work.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Nasty service and they were refusing to sell kid’s meals to me in the drive thru, though children were present in the car. I had to drive up to prove there were children present. Absolutely absurd! The food was old and just thrown in the bags carelessly. They didn’t even include the kid toys in their meals. If you hate your job so much, just quit. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Merry Christmas!

Horrible service, dirty and full of flies through the kitchen. To add, they charge for condiments. This location needs to be inspected or shut down, immediately.
Just finished attempting to eat the meal I ordered, and never again. Sandwich, chicken, fries, all old. Only thing good was the frosty.

Rude upper management woman with the long hair ignoring a walk-in customer from around 932pm to 9:47pm. I asked about taking an order and was talked to very rudely by her statement “You can see us trying right!” No i cant because ive bin ignored by her and 2 other workers avoiding my questions to even order. Manager refused to give me any sauce I asked for and was very short with me. I have been visiting this Wendy’s for years and have spent thousands of dollar’s at this location, to penny pinch me for a sauce and charge .53 for sauce is ridiculous. I always get sauce at no cost and now I’ll go to McDonald’s down the street they do not charge anything for sauce. I’m telling everyone I know that Wendy’s is all about profits and doesn’t care at all about good service.

A lot of bad workers there. I didn’t know that you guys allowed your employees to be on Instagram and tick tock constantly while they had a full drive-thru in line. My order took 30 minutes. I don’t know how a biggyback takes 30 minutes. I placed my order before the drive-thru line. I place my mother before the actual line inside the restaurant. I actually use their automated service and they still took 30 minutes to serve me my food because they were too busy on tick tock come on!!!! Oh and then on top of it you guys have no tomatoes but still want to charge full price
Today is August 21 this is getting out of hand. If you guys are going to charge full price it’s for you guys to have all the ingredients and condiments that go inside a meal or a sandwich. If you guys don’t have it, then it is your duty to inform the customer at the window or at the service counter that you’re not fully prepared to make the sandwich or the meal as it comes. I am tired of getting overcharged for items you guys don’t have to make properly. I was missing my lettuce and my onion after. I did ask for it and nobody told me that they were out. On top of the garage, the window was like pressing me to finish the ordering fast. She had no patience whatsoever. I had to ask her three times to breathe so that I could place my order. I shouldn’t be rushed at the window at all.
Today is August 26th where I experience the same. B******* they did not include my sauce. It didn’t tell me they were out of certain ingredients for my burger. So what I’m going to do now is that tomorrow I’m going to wake up bright and early and call corporate since you guys have kept ignoring my comment and other customers comments on a regular basis.
If you guys want to call this a Wendy’s it better follow through with Wendy’s policy. This Wendy’s is not a buying through none of your policies and y’all just brush him by it not answering any review in. Regards to how bad the services so I’m going to take matters into my own hands and I am so sorry of somebody gets penalized because you guys chose not to do what you’re supposed to do in the first place.
