I usually go there almost every morning to buy some food, but this morning I was disappointed with the food I received from this Wendy’s place. After I received the food and opened the bag, the smell really caught my attention, and I didn’t really like it. The food looks like it’s been there for 2 days, and I couldn’t eat it. Do better next time.

My issue with this store is the customer service. I understand that the penny will eventually go out of circulation. But, we still have them. So, if you’re out of pennies and therefore can’t provide the right amount of change because of that, how is that my problem? Why should I take the loss? And, can I get an at least an apology for the loss I must take because the register is not adequately funded? They need to ensure that someone is available to restock the registers. And, can staff just automatically provide a receipt? Why is it that customers have to ask for that? Just print it and hand it over.

My husband and I used to go to this location for breakfast every Sunday morning but for the 4 months we stop i worked overnight and if i stop at your restaurant to get breakfast i don’t need to see any boo boo in your eyes or drooling on theside of your mouth like come on i am frequent to Hiawassee Rd usually make a stop at Wendy’s but I’ve noticed that the cashier who collects the money is the same person packing the food straight from the register no sanitizer or wash her hands, no hair nets, braids are on they back manage hair on ponytail making sandwiches with no hair nets the restaurant smells row like fresh animals scents, i don’t care if you use the scoop to scoop the fries i feel like after touching money you should wash your hands before touching my food. The drive thru personal listen to respond not to comprehend.

That is the worst Wendy’s ever, the whole crew have to get fired. All customers spend 45 minutes in line even if you just want a drink. On October 12,2025 night shift crew provided the worst service ever that’s a shame.

Absolutely insane to think I’m still standing here 20 minutes later waiting on my breakfast sandwiches. The people are rude, and slow at best. They are more worried about mobile orders than the humans in the store. I vow to NEVER return to another Wendy’s ever again. There are too many other places that value their customers for me to go through this again. Completely turned off to Wendy’s now.

The cashier was not lightning quick but the food was as expected. You gotta love the 4 for $4 deal, & the soda machine has a ton of options which is a huge plus. The manager even came up to me personally to make sure everything was okay when I started taking pictures to add for Google.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s to go to. The experience has always been bad..but it was late and we were hungry decided to give another try..ordered a half salad and got a side salad…they should be ashamed of themselves. Nooooo pride in their work at all.
