Just a rude location now, no wonder wendys is closing locations en masse this year. Suddenly now they charge for sauces, goodluck with that when your already struggling. The lady states is corporate policy yet you call and they say they don’t know what your talking about. On top of this the food quality consistency is just horrid at this location as its massively inconsistent.

Horrible experience, the Drive thru was so slow and busy, we waited more than 10 minutes and the workers made us wait more for the food and each burger 11$ and they are smaller than Mc donalds Cheeseburger. The burgers have no Taste and fries weren’t fresh. I’m never going Wendy’s again

Drive thru worker didn’t like us to do mobile order on Wendy’s app for our burgers but discount is only using their app so that would be hard for them to honor their app discounts. Also, we used our Frosty key tags for free Frosty and she said the whole order needs to be done at drive thru as she didn’t know how to press key for doing it mobile. They need to train workers better and to not be rude and disrespect like that to paying customers! Finally, after coming home, one burger had a few bites until it was realized there was no lettuce and the patties were rare inside! The second burger was sliced open, again no lettuce and patties were red rare inside. Took pictures and will be notifying headquarters of our full (really horrific) experience at this Wendys. I tried calling them right away and with each (tried called four times) attempt, it rang and then hung up so, there was no way to fix these issues tonight with manager on staff.

They lock the restrooms. So if your having an emergency and the staff is busy and won’t stop what their doing to search for the key and escort you to the bathroom, you might mess yourself. After waiting 10 minutes to get to access to the restroom, I choose to go eat somewhere else. Ridiculous choice on their behalf to do such a thing.

This is like the fifth time I ordered from this Wendy’s and they missed something on my order. This is unacceptable. I don’t know what’s going on but you need to train your employees better. I live about 15 minutes away from you guys and every time I get five meals I’m always missing one. I’m very upset. My mother-in-law couldn’t eat dinner because you guys forgot her food. I’m not happy.

Customer service is pathetic. They should fire and retrain the staff who work there. Yesterday I was there between 5 and 5:30 pm, and I waited about 7 minutes to be served. I personally will NEVER go back to that place, and this isn’t good for the owners of this franchise.

Today, at Approximately 10:30 am-while waiting to order- a young female employee (visibly) by the front counter was so rude and unprofessional-did not allow me in asking a simple question! In fact? Cut me off twice! Needs training on people skills!

Ordered cheese fries and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers along with a 6 piece of chicken nuggets.
Chicken nuggets were not delivered as well as cheese fries.
Received 2 sandwiches in their little brown bag with literally just the bread and a patty.
No lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayonnaise
