My initial order was a taco salad with an extra chili. The salad didn’t look good at all the lettuce smelled rancid and one of the two chilis was cold. I went back to return it and the guy at the window was very polite and asked what I wanted instead. Once he turns around to his manager to explain the situation she goes to check the chili pot and starts doing hand gestures and faces saying the chili was hot that she don’t understand why I was returning it. Then does to another coworker to talk about the situation the coworker pokes her head out and starts laughing while looking at me. This type of management behavior is absolutely unacceptable and rude.

What a shame. Openness burger look at the meat. Yuck. Google it. The food quality went down. The burgers have poor quality meat The nuggets tast wro g. Then there is the annoying automated drive through system catching you shout rep-ah-zen-te-ti-vi! Like with customer diss service system when you call a bank. Shame on the company. Over priced poor food.

I bought my meal sat and ate but when I got ready to leave I asked to use the bathroom and the lady behind the counter was reluctant to give me the code. The no longer than 3 mins of being in there a male worker that I could only assume just got there. Came in saying management said I had to go. I came out and the same lady said only paying customers were allowed to use the restroom and when I showed her my receipt. She said I probably got it and my drink cup from the trash and told me to leave. If she had that much doubt about me why didn’t she check the cameras while I was in the restroom. Instead of assuming and treating a paying customer like a bum?. I’ll never eat here again.

Absolutely livid at the horrible service! I used to frequent this Wendy’s all the time and it used to be run great. I got there around 945-950 and the front entrance to the dining room was already locked so I took my scooter and went to the drive through. My order was taken by a young man and when I got to the window an older lady im guessing is the MOD refused to serve me!!! She said that they dont serve people on scooters because it’s a safety hazard?! I only ordered a burger and tenders to put in my bag I wear while riding my scooter. I told her that the front dining room door was locked when I arrived and she accused me of lying…why else would I be in the drive through?! To refuse service and claim its based on safety is ridiculous. I would have left on a scooter with my food whether it was handed to me in the dining room or the window but to refuse me my food after the order had been placed and was already made is ridiculous. I also asked for her name which she refused to give me and shut the window in my face. This place needs a major overhaul because this is a complete 180 from the great service I used to get here. Absolutely terrible!

I really like Wendys new breakfast. 2 for $3 biscuits, coffee or wedges.
Service at this location was insanely slow and disorganized. Mobile orders were also waiting.
