The crew at this location, specifically from last night (3/8), are ROCKSTARS and should be praised as such. Not only were the staff members professional, but they were INCREDIBLY patient and polite; even when dealing with customers behaving in the polar opposite manor. My friend and I were in the dining room for a good hour or so, and some of the treatment and lack of respect we saw towards the staff members was astounding; and yet, the crew remained unphased and powered forward. Steadfast in both their service and care. Both my friend and I spent a lot of time just talking about how well they handled some of the chaos being thrown their way, and I truly believe they need to be recognized and rewarded for just bein plain resilient. A truly PHENOMENAL late night crew!!!

We love Wendy’s. Do you have a huge selection of burgers and chicken options. The french fries are delicious taste like real potatoes not some over fried greasy snack. The price is always right and we love their frosties!!

Food was honestly not good the nuggets tasted soggy and old and the drinks were all watered down. The employees were extremely rude and couldn’t get the order right, they gave us attitude when we told them the order was wrong. As someone who eats Wendy’s regularly this was not the quality or service we were expecting.

Went there around 9:45pm 3/10/25 ordered a $5 biggie bag . EVERYTHING IN THE BAG WAS FREEZING COLD . Idk if they put my meal in the Freezer/fridge before giving it to me ? Or was this food from the previous night ? This food definitely not fresh at all as you can see in the photos . Gross . Definitely won’t be returning and filing a dispute with bank to get my money back since they didn’t even give me a receipt.

Ordered on the mobile app to make it easier for both parties. Greeted with “What’s the name?”. We mentioned having the three mobile orders and was asked “WHAT’S THE NAME?” with lots of attitude behind the voice. Whoever was working on drive thru needs to tighten up. I, too, work at fast food and I get it. But you also decide to work at this place. You’re gonna get lots of customers coming by late night. This happened Monday Dec 29 10:30pm. Also, didn’t say “Thank you” or any courtesy.

This is honestly one of the weirdest and most poorly run Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come here, they ask me almost immediately to pull around and get out of the drive-thru line, clearly just to improve their drive-thru times. That is not how this place should be run. If it’s taking longer to make the food, then let the time reflect that instead of trying to game the system. It feels like they care more about the numbers on a screen than the actual customer experience. If anyone from corporate ever reads this, do not trust their drive-thru times. Watch the cameras and you will see how often they are telling people to pull around.

The people always seem like they’re in a rush even though the parking lot is empty and no one is in the drive-thru. Only to immediately get on their phones after they’ve handed you your food. I thought it was a one off situation but after my third try it’s definitely not. The order is always wrong even though it’s a number 6. Not a chicken sandwich with pickles, or a plain chicken sandwich, or a burger with no cheese. I know working in fast food is stressful but making repeat mistakes all day every day (based on other reviews) only makes your job more stressful. I get better service and food at the OBT location.

This place should honestly be shut down. They hire anyone here I have never had a good experience at this location. Idk if every employee here forgets this is their job they chose but they act like it’s their hangout spot and are rude whenever they have a customer. I can only imagine how unclean the place is considering how much they act like taking an order is an inconvenience. Constantly forgetting to put food in bags you pay for extra sauce they don’t put in the bag then wanna argue with you as if u didn’t pay for extra for it. This location and the workers are a joke.
