I pulled up to Wendy’s drive-thru and for a second I thought I accidentally drove into an abandoned restaurant. No greeting, no “welcome,” just silence… like I interrupted someone’s nap. Finally I hear, “what do you want?”
So I order a #1 like a normal human trying to survive the day, and the conversation continues like we’re playing a one-word game:
“Drink.”
“Sweet tea please.”
“What else?”
“That’s it”
“Go forward.”
Okay then, warm and friendly vibes all around
I get to the window, pay, grab my food, and let me tell you… that tea tasted like it had been brewed during the last presidential administration. The burger? Actually good, I’ll give credit where it’s due but the fries tasted like they were sitting there reflecting on life choices.
What I don’t understand is… as human beings we literally NEED food to live. So when we treat ourselves to fast food, we’re hoping for hot, fresh, and at least a tiny bit of kindness with it. Not a side of attitude and vintage iced tea.
Oh,and when I asked for ranch, I got hit with a 54¢ upcharge. At this point I guess kindness is extra too.
Overall: good burger, tired fries, ancient tea, and customer service that acted like I personally ruined their day by existing. 2 stars for the burger and for me still being alive to write this review

The new manager here is doing a great job of turning things around. Much more pleasant atmosphere and definitely cleaner. I am not a fan of their updated menu. It feels more like every other burger place now. The burger is dry. The oversized stiff bun doesn’t help. I hope it’s just a test marketing thing and doesn’t become permanent. I’ll have to find a new favorite burger chain.

I went to Wendy’s today, and the two gentlemen who helped me with my order were incredibly helpful. Despite being extra busy, they had everything organized, clean, and running smoothly. My order was ready fast, and they were both kind and professional. Huge thanks to them for their great service!

The staff are friendly, the food is good, and I actually enjoy going in. I’ve been through the drive through and eaten inside. They can be a bit slower than other fast food joints, but me order hasn’t been wrong, and it tastes good.

I stopped by Wendy’s for a quick meal and ordered two Dave’s Singles and a Frosty. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and well-made, with the perfect balance of toppings. The Frosty was creamy and delicious, as always—a great way to end the meal! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the service, while friendly, was a bit slower than expected. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Dinner for 2 $24. Burger med fries med drink. Drinks 40% ice. Burgers not much better then a Whopper jr. Very very disappointed . look at this sad burger no tomato , sure dont look like the picture of a big burger overflowing with bacon and toppings on the menu.
Never again , avoid the disappointment eat at home.

My experiences here are usually good, but for the third time I’ve made a mobile order only to find that the doors to the Wendy’s are locked. I can’t even try the drive through because I walk. I’m not really sure why the dining room keeps being closed well past the time they’re supposed to be ope because they don’t even leave a note on the door.

Can’t even take an order 10:47 “Comeback in 30mins our casher is on break.” 11:36 doesn’t even answer the drive thur speaker. There is a team member sitting in the front of the lobby near the east corner with a headset on, looking at the cars drive up. Moved up to the window just incase the speaker stopped working still no acknowledgment of my existence. Management if you’re wondering why the sales are lacking from 10 after this is why. I continually try to give this location chance after chance with it being so close to my home. I can see my money is no good at this location and have finally learned my lesson. I guess McDonalds is my new spot and all I wanted was a frosty.
-edit 9/14/2022 its been over a month since I made this review and no one has even attempted to reach out and this shows that not only does the store level not care but neither does upper management. I wonder if they are getting too many complaints or if this is just the interaction to expect at this location. One thing is for certain problems begin with the leaders.

Edit – 8/27/23 still no response.

Edit – 9/17/24 still don’t like this Wendy’s. Still no response.

Went specifically to try the new bourbon bacon cheeseburger. It tasted great but was a huge RIP off. I got the double which only added an extra beef patty. Bacon was equivalent of less than one strip. The burger was so small, it should be called a slider. Over $13! Ridiculous price. Eat elsewhere.
