Just went through drive-thru, used my card at the window and the man on register said my card “declined” while I had well over $200 in my account. Drove all the way to Mount Dora’s location and worked no problem. My bank account sends alerts for any reason my card is not accepted, yet I received no notification for an attempted transaction. The man just simply didn’t run my card the two times and wasted our time. Like did you just want food to take home or?

Wendys has really gone downhill. I ordered for delivery 2 potatoes, one chive and sour cream.. No sour cream. Both were small and Luke warm.. 11 dollars wasted. Also 2 jr bacon Cheeseburgers. Neither came with lettuce and tomato like they are supposed to and they were cold and dried out, like they had been sitting…They used to be the best. Not so much anymore. This is twice in a row I got bad food from there.

Food was ok as usual…. they just need to hire maybe friendlier people…sometimes you go through the drive thru and they seem to get frustrated when you tell em you have a mobil order..the girl tonight that was at the window opened the window while looking away and just put her hand out the window to hand me my bag of food while still looking away in complete silence the vibe just felt wrong. Like what the hell did I do to you…I didn’t make you sign up to work for Wendy’s…I just simply ordered some food sorry for doing so, won’t be going there again till maybe hopefully one day they hire customer service- like employees ☹️

Shout out to the night staff! We ordered barbecue chicken nuggets, fry’s baconators and an Apple pecan salad asking for the chicken on the side due to my long drive. They got everything correct and it was really fast considering we just got done with band practice in a football game!

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap. I got a wrap, it’s literally a wrap. None of the chicken, lettuce, and so on inside. I ordered at 5:16pm through doordash, bag was sealed. So the person making my food at Wendy’s in Eustis, FL on Bay Street, did it. I hope they get a good laugh, then fired. They deserve it.

Not a good day for takeout at this Wendy’s today. Very disappointed in the quality of the food, and the lack of attention given to the order. Spicy Chicken sandwiches were cold and old. Both bowls of chili were basically tomato soup with chopped tomatoes and onions. Very little ground beef, and ONE chili bean in both soups! What is that? I attached pictures because it’s just bizarre.
The only enjoyable food items were the 2 Frosties, one chocolate and one vanilla.
My suggestion to everyone is to check your take-out order before you leave, even if it means digging through the bag in front of the employees. My husband is too embarrassed to do this, and blindly trusts that the order will be correct. It usually isn’t at this Wendy’s. We’ve had enough problems here to the point that we look for another Wendy’s or go to Sonic or Culver’s, their competitors. Sorry! Can’t recommend.

This restaurant always has the problem that it has super full staff working and talking back in the kitchen more than good service. It never represents a true Wendy’s restaurant. I ask for an order of Homestyle chicken 2 / $ 5.00, Only a small piece of Tomato, it seems that they use Romano tomatoes, Not the typical tomato that appears on the counter Display … When I show the cashier, she shows an annoyed face as if it were her own restaurant. Service is terrible … In this establishment they need better training and treatment of customers. They lack ethics and like other wendy’s…
