Keep in mind that I’m giving this location four stars “for a Wendy’s.” I know this isn’t a fine dining establishment.
The parking lot here is clean and the remodeled building looks good. The drive through moves quickly.
The food I got was exactly what I expected. The fries were good. I ordered a combo and was pretty surprised that I ended up with large fries and a large drink. You used to get the small sizes when you ordered Wendy’s combos. The probably cost me more than it otherwise should have for that reason.

The staff at the drive-thru were quite rude. The person taking orders seemed uninterested and acted like she didn’t want to be there. It really affected the overall experience. I hope the management can address this and remind the team about the importance of good customer service.

I’m usually super lenient with night shift considering I work at McDonald’s for night shift so I understand and I give people the benefit of the doubt; however, it’s insane to me to be so blatantly obvious that you’re annoyed to be doing your job that you get paid for. I really didn’t order much so I don’t see how it’s a giant deal. We got to the window and you can hear some of the workers walking past the window and saying that the nuggets are going to be a 35 minute wait. And on top of that as I was ordering you can hear workers in the background speaking very loudly with annoyance that I was ordering.

I dont know why I keep.coming here, the burgers are always awful. Hot, mushy tomato, barely any lettuce or onions. The burger is always half off the bun and there are always more condiments on the inside of the wrapper than on the bun. Its NOT that hard to do your job. I’m more surprised when my good is decent that when its not. DO BETTER WENDY’S!! I wish there was an option to give -10..

Very disappointed! Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries, cheese sauce and a sprite. My fries were cold, my chicken sandwich was also cold and just had shredded lettuce and pickles on it. The sandwich doesn’t even come with pickles nor does it come with shredded lettuce it comes with regular Iettuce not shredded. Then they tried to just give me my sandwich and fries without the drink and cheese sauce I ordered. I hate to say it but the cheese sauce was the best part of the order. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Came in 10 pm on 9/20/2025 ordered the same thing I always order (10 piece spicy chicken nuggets). The lady at the drive through gives me regular nuggets hoping I wouldn’t check but I did since they tried that with me before. Then she claims it’s what I asked for instead of apologizing. She proceeds to have me wait. I must have waited 15 minutes for 10 nuggets and she comes out with a smirk on her face and says she is sorry for the wait. Don’t worry there are plenty of places that need my money.

Ordered here today and the girl at the window was absolutely terrible to me and my father: he kindly asked her to repeat her question and she started yelling into the mic rudely- which mind you, also needs fixed. I understand that you might have had a terrible day but you shouldn’t take it out on the costumers: that is how you lose your business. If you can’t regulate your emotions; go to a therapist, and if you cant go to a therapist: practice how to be a better person at home.

Order a baked potato, got fries. Called and was told sorry we have all new people. So you are hiring people who don’t know the difference between French fries and baked potatoes! Got it! Smh!
