This Wendy’s is buns. I live in the apartment behind and they’ve been a consistent let down atleast a dozen times. This is the lettuce they just put on my sandwich. It’d be better if you just forgot it.

Walked in just to buy a large fountain drink. There was a couple in front of me waiting on food they’d already ordered, and someone being serviced in the drive thru. There were four employees that were visible. Three were working on food and one was taking the payment from the car at the window. After that, all four employees were working on preparing and bagging food. The couple in front of me got their tray of food, and the employee turned back around and returned to the kitchen area. I stood and waited a bit longer, and never once was acknowledged by any of the workers. One of them even made eye contact with me twice. I never even got a “we’ll be right with you.” I ended up leaving. Terrible service. I get that they’re young but at least acknowledge me. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I frequent this location, as I live very close. When this was first built, it was a disaster for months. Always out of things, wrong order, terrible food, mean employees. This place has come so far since then. The last 15 trips over the past year have been on point. Today was so good that I decided to leave this reviews. Jr bacon was super fresh, crunchy lettuce (first time I’ve enjoyed it with the shredded lettuce), perfect tomato slice, all around yum. My Chili was the best batch of Wendy’s chili I’ve ever had. Lots of meat in it for the first time in years, also fresh, hot, super delish. Service was speedy, only spent about a minute and a half in the drive thru after having placed an order at home on the app ahead of time. Employees all friendly and polite, despite one slightly burning his hand when dishing up the chili.
Side note…I only spent $4.06 thanks to having a free JrBC reward on the app. Adding cheese to my chili was reasonably priced, and onions were free!
Wendy’s hasn’t had the best PR lately. So many complaints of it going down hill. Maybe it has. But I will tell you…I have definitely enjoyed it this past year. This location specifically is to thank for that. Can’t wait to enjoy more chili next week for this cold front that’s coming!

I’ve often come to this establishment to order food but had a very poor experience during my last visit. They charged me for both grilled and spicy chicken on my salad even though I only received the spicy chicken. What was explained to me was that they were not supposed to substitute the chicken and therefore had to charge me for both. Why??? As a reminder I’ve always gotten spicy chicken on my salad and this is the first time EVER that I’ve been charged for something I did not, nor want to receive. I think there needs to be educationto the team and leaders (the person that took my order was a supervisor) on proper processes.

Wendy’s is one of those this that is either bottom of the barrel or top tier. This location was top tier. The food was fresh hot and accurate, the blonde kid was nice and attentive. If I had to nitpick I’d say something isn’t right with the soda machine.

I have not eaten at a Wendy’s in a long time and I think it will be another few years before I do that again. I completely understand why no one wants their breakfast, it’s horrible.
First, the chicken portion is tiny. Next, the new honey butter biscuit thing had literally no sauce. While the photo shows sauce.
The croissant chicken thing, without bacon, also had zero other toppings. All I said was no bacon.
Both sandwiches are bland and not worth the stop.
Bright spot is that this location has really great customer service. The lady at the window was very polite.

Customer service is horrible! Headed my food to slammed the window. Paid 9 for mostly lettuce and Apples. Chicken was missing in action! With limited food options in the area … this place could actually be so much better. just like the McDonald’s next door management, owners, corporate do not care!
