The day time is usually great, but the night time. Like late night is terrible, nasty attitudes. Incorrect orders. The way they rush you to order and get annoyed if you have modified items in your meal. Food isn’t hot or fresh. You get a manager and he’s even nastier and doesn’t really seem to care or fix much. I wish they would redo this location and fix it like the other fast food restaurants in Apopka but I hope they change their team soon. I really enjoyed eating Wendy’s but this location killed it for me. I rather go to a real restaurant and pay double for a burger than to ever go back into a Wendy’s. Not worth the headache.

John the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. The wait time for this place seems to be an average of 10-15 for your order. Not too bad but the appearance of the restaurant is terrible. I visited this place 2 different occasions in the same week and it was even more dirty the second time than the first. The food was hot and good so I think it’s worth the wait I you have time and not in a rush the customer service from John is great. The cleanliness can be fixed so overall it’s a good place for lunch but they really need to pay attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

Menu prices do not match what is being charged. Combo listed at $12.99. They charged $13.49 In addition, several up charges added to receipt. Politely indicated to the cashier that there was an error, and immediately received attitude. Comment made: “I just started here and what do you want me to do about it”.
Absolutely unprofessional response! Will never come back to this Wendy’s again. Also contacted corporate office regarding this location.

I recently stopped by Wendy’s in Apopka and tried the Five Dollar Biggie Bag, and it was a great deal! The meal came with a chicken sandwich, 4-piece nuggets, fries, and a lemonade all for just five bucks. It was filling and super tasty.
The chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It had just the right amount of mayo and fresh lettuce, which made it pretty satisfying. The nuggets were classic Wendy’s crispy and full of flavor, and they paired perfectly with the dipping sauces. The fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned, a great side to go with everything.
The lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet, which was the perfect drink to balance out the meal.
What I really liked about this Wendy’s is how quick and easy everything was, and the staff was friendly, making the whole experience even better. For just five bucks, you get a solid meal that hits the spot without breaking the bank.
If you’re in Apopka and looking for a quick bite that won’t cost a lot, the Five Dollar Biggie Bag is definitely a good option. It’s simple, tasty, and worth every penny.

For a late night drive thru and wanting brownie frostie and pop tart frosty because it’s new on the menu . The service was great and friendly as I left McDonalds drive thru when four cars went ahead of me in the other lane . It’s obvious that I was being toyed with and I decided to pull up and I’ll tell her at the window and ….. I made a great decision in leaving because Wendy’s was warm and attentive and I appreciated it more than they knew

Although I don’t eat processed food, I had to stop because my grandson. He ate a fish And I ate a salad. The fish burger I assume was good to him. The salad? It was ok, better than anything else on the menu. Of course nothing like home prepared GREEN salad, BUT THE CLOSEST TO NATURAL FOOD. I AM NOT A VEGAN, NEVER, JUST EATING RIGHT. I WISH I had the fortune to open a real eating place. Nothing processed food…these restaurants are killing humanity and the humans are killing themselves by consuming it…but how could we show new tricks to an old dog? Oh well, the media is doing something, and when I mean media, I meant those sort of call new chefs on Instagram and Facebook showing how to eat healthy…I applaud them for having the time and courage to do it, but that is not the solution, just part. The other side is people, making them understand what is the reality of today’s good healthy meals. I have two mentors, Dr. Berg and Frank Suárez Metabolismo TV. I started by educating myself about insulin. Wow, scared the heck out of me. Then educate about your liver and functioning. Another WOW! From there, everything made sense…so no processed food carbs. I go to the market, directly to the green/ground & meats, fish/chicken basically. Now, there is a saying, you eat what you eat, some say I eat like a pig, I eat like a cow…but have you ever wondered, how the pig eats and produces juice bacon, and how come the cow eats green and produces white milk? I don’t drink milk either, just wondering. So, the story is about how to educate yourself and do right about your body and health. Any questions feel free to find me on Instagram and Facebook…I am not a doctor, consultant or nutritionist, just sharing my story, that is the truth and the truth perseveres! Says Frank Suárez!

Wendy’s, like any National Franchise, is only as good as its local management and people! This particular store has courteous and friendly service providers! I drive out of my way to frequent my Apopka location!
