No review for service or atmosphere since we used door dash. I tried for over an hour to call to give a positive review about how good the food was but since no one wants to answer the phone…2 stars it is. Obviously, whoever runs this place doesn’t care to hear good/bad thatvis happening in the business.

We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and states. There has been mostly ‘chili and beans’ in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a few pieces of hamburger in it. We understand costs and all.. but that’s just not up to standards.

Ordered door dash twice in a row hoping they would finally make my food correctly. Wrong both times even the what was on the receipt was correct. They just seem incapable. Worst service either. Don’t go here. They can’t read.

Our order was wrong. Luckily, my daughter is not allergic to tomatoes, she just doesn’t like them. Ordered and paid for a regular baconator, got a junior. Bacon was hard. Baconator fries were cold and stale at 6 p.m. I won’t go back.

I was accused by this locations general manager of utilitizing exploitive practices during their most recent & currently on going promotion.
The exploitive practices in question: showing up to claim my weekly free burger (as part of the promotion) with a signed receipt from another manager who had rectified/corrected a prior issue regarding false advertisement of their said promotion.
I believe the manager who initially helped me & provided a signature on my receipt was named Amanda & she was super chill/rational throughout our interaction.
Can’t say the same for the general manager I unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with. She attempted to limit/restrict my choice of purchasing “any” burger (as is expressed via the lettering of the promo coupon) down to just 2 options:
• one being a chicken sandwich
• the other a Dave’s singles
Now I extensively read the lettering of said promotion to ensure I could buy a baconator free of hassle each time & nowhere in it did it ever initiate that your “free burger” (as mentioned) would be limited to a chicken sandwich or Dave’s singles.
In fact it states that ANY burger of your choosing is eligible as an option of the promotion, making no mention of exclusions. Upon pointing this out & showing my receipt with the signature of the other manager who verified the integrity of said words expressed in the promo coupon, the Gm ended up taking my receipt & banning me from participating in the promotion any further.
Which I find quite alright, as this experience urged me to warn my peers of avidly avoiding this establishments shady practices. Leading me to discover the sheer infamy this location has garnered over the years.

This location is full of nothing but incompetence. It is not hard to mark items unavailable, especially with the claim that online orders aren’t allowed to be refunded. Every time we go here it is a guarantee that something is wrong or missing. I have left numerous complaints about this place but if you don’t have items, remove them from your freaking ordering system. It’s easy yet managers here either don’t care or are too lazy to do anything. Last time they didn’t have anything that we ordered the manager was camping in the bathroom for God knows how long.
