I ordered a salad today & the presentation was HORRIBLE. Like are you really serving people this to eat . A few weeks back I had a salad from there & it looked good & it was a decent size. Today the salad dish was way smaller & the vegetables was not fresh. You can compare the pics and see the difference. Definitely not worth the price.

Let me start off by saying I wouldn’t give this pathetic location a 1 star if I didn’t have to.

I placed a mobile order and upon arriving to pick it up, I asked an employee for sweet and sour sauce because I couldn’t locate it in the app. Instead of simply informing me, the employee rudely told me it would cost 50 cents. I declined and waited for the rest of my food, only to be handed an incorrect item. At that point, I requested a refund. The employee stated they “couldn’t do it,” so my boyfriend parked and I went inside to speak with a manager. The manager, Erika, told me she couldn’t issue a refund because it was a mobile order and that I would need to do it through the app. I showed her my phone and explained that the only options available were “Reorder” and “View Receipt,” with no refund option. She then said I would have to call corporate.

When I asked for the corporate phone number, she refused to provide it and told me to “find it myself.” It was clear she had no interest in helping resolve the issue. When I asked for her name for my complaint, she finally said “Erika,” then told me to leave the store and accused me of trespassing—simply for asking how to receive the refund I was entitled to.

To make matters worse, she escalated the situation even further by calling the police on me, despite the fact that I did nothing more than calmly request assistance and clarification. This was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate, especially coming from a manager. Her behavior was disrespectful, hostile, and entirely unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. Not only was my order wrong, but I was denied assistance, denied a refund, and then treated as if I were a threat for trying to resolve a simple issue.

No customer should ever have law enforcement called on them for attempting to correct a mistake made by the store. Do yourself a favor and support any other business on this planet.

This place is absolutely horrid. If I would’ve only checked the reviews first, I’d have never stepped foot in this place. The crew is absolutely rude, they had no drive to get anything done. It took 16 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. Sandwiches were cold and we had to have some remade….the place is dirty, there was feces on the women’s toilet seat. It’s just awful, plain awful. I can’t imagine it staying in business much longer unless they find good management.

Ordered around 10:0010:35pm through the drive-through. One of the workers was screaming the whole time in the background. Got 5 biggie bags and they got the orders wrong multiple times. The patties were burnt and I suspect it was on purpose. Ordered Dr. Pepper and it wasn’t Dr. Pepper. Wendy’s closes hours after we ordered so this is just gross. Hope the employees working at that time get fired and the food was bitten out of which is a violation of food regulations. I will be calling this Wendy’s again tomorrow because they didn’t pick up when I got home, probably because it’s those same workers that messed with our foods. Hope they get fired, honestly. Don’t work at a fast food joint if you can’t handle “late” orders, this job isn’t even hard.

My best friend’s 88 year old mother went through the drive through this past weekend and had the doors slammed in her face. The service worker also threatened to call the police on her because she wanted a hot burger not cold that was already mistakenly given to the person in front of her. I’m appalled at this restaurant’s behavior.

I went to Wendy’s about a week ago and ordered a Biggie bag. I don’t usually eat Wendy’s but wanted to grab something fast. First of the all the wait was about 20 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through. I finally got my food, sat down and looked at my burger. There were small chunks of raw meat on my burger. I tried calling the location multiple times with no answer. If I could give them zero stars then I would.

The food was horrible lettuce seemed like it was from four years ago. Everything stuffed in the burger was not worth it. My meal came up to $27. Customer service was very rude. Not even worth it. I would not recommend this to anybody.

This location is always understaffed, but today was ridiculous. I say at the drive thru order box for 15 minutes before my order was taken. Managers and/or corporate needs to visit this location unannounced and figure out why its slow and always understaffed
