I stopped here on 1/12 for some quick dinner for me and the kids, the ink was about gone on the receipt so I can’t see the name of the young man that took my order but it was about 6:30 pm , I can see that his name starts with Ty but the rest isn’t visible! lol he was so kind and honestly these days a lot of people lack customer service skills, so it’s refreshing just going through a fast food restaurant and experiencing that, he actually thanked me for thanking him because I assume hardly anyone uses manners anymore! I didn’t get your name but thank you for doing more than your job, it doesn’t cost a thing to be nice or friendly! Great job

No cup holder to start.. then they left out the nuggets that come with the meal deal. Then the manager with her nasty attitude try to say she gave us the nuggets. WHERE?!? I am the only car in the drive thru, and you can’t get it right? Worry more about getting the order right, and fix your attitude .
EDIT: got home and unwrapped my chicken strip wrap and the nerve of them to put one tiny chicken strip. It comes with two. So after you know you already scammed me on the wrap, you want to argue over nuggets you forgot too?? Wow. Never again.

every time i go through the drive through, without fail, they comment on the amount of sauce I AM PAYING FOR. I know it’s a lot of sauce, and no since you all at the window are so curious, i don’t eat it all in one sitting, i like wendy’s sauce for other things i eat at home, sue me i guess. I’m not even mad about it, but it is irritating how every time, one of the employees makes a backhanded comment about the sauce quantity. Why do you care so much, i’m paying $4-$6 for it, i think i deserve some peace. PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG AND GO ON ABOUT YOUR DAY.

Lots and lots of employees, many of them in the back room, only three other people in the dining room and a couple of cars in the drive-through, but still have to wait to be recognized

Waited 10 minutes at the POS until they took my order. My sandwich has hard white clumps on the bottom of the bun- inedible. The staff was also very rude.

I came through the drive-through today days after Christmas when I don’t feel like cooking for lunch for myself and my two kids. I simply asked for everything to be fresh. Once arriving into the park, that was just down the street we ate, but I could tell my food was not fresh. I am tired of spending my hard earned money on fast food just for it not to be fresh like it should be … when we look up to you guys to make our lives easier.

Monday september the 29th when I pulled into the drive through all of the emplease were at the back door smoking smoking and sitting on the ground when I ordered it took forever for my food to get finished and everyone just walked in , I didn’t see any hand washing when I said something to the manager dominique through the window, not only did it take her forever to come to the window, but she was clearly on some kind of substance and dismissed me daytime and nighttime are completely different at this establishment, and I will be taking this to corporate if I see this lady.

I asked politely for barbecue sauce with my order and was told to ask at the second window. When I got there, the person asked how many I wanted. I said 4, but he only gave me 2. The customer service felt rude even though I was very polite.
