We order the breakfast burritos one sausage one bacon neither had eggs. Both burritos were cold to touch the ice tea was hotter than our food. This was our first time visiting a Wendy’s for breakfast and I think we chose wrong.

Placed mobile order of a two $6 bag. Ordered at 3:30. It is 4:10. We went through drive thru and were told to pull up. We then waited 16 minutes watching multiple cars go through and get their multiple bags of food in 3 minutes or less. Finally upon going inside we’re told they think our order was given to someone else. Now, 40 minutes after placing an order, waiting, and going inside to repeat the order to them because they have no idea what we ordered, we have food.
I’ve been in food service basically all my life. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is for the entitled young lady working the drive through at 11:30 on January 5, 2026 wearing a gray zip up jacket who wants to have an attitude with me about the fact that she doesn’t know how to work a card reader machine and when I tell her I’ll just give her another card her response was a snarky “Should’ve given me one that works” excuse me ma’am my debit card works fine everywhere else so you can go learn some customer service manners while I blast you all over the internet.

Egg and sausage ok.
See the bacon? Yeah, some of it is there. Looks like you took two slices and broke them in half instead of the 6(!) slices I’m supposed to receive.
This is false advertising; especially when you’re promoting these items and send us garbage like this instead.

The only thing, I don’t like, is when you ask for your condiments to not be put in with your food and they still do it and put it all on top of your food and that’s not clean. I prefer a sauce bag and they still don’t do it!
