Just left here, I ordered the 2 JBC meal and 10 piece nugget meal. When I got to the pick up window, the guy mistakenly thought I didn’t pay. Mistake can be made so I blew jt off. But when I got my food both fries were cold, we hadn’t eaten all day and this is what we had to eat after a long day at work. They have to do better.

Had 2 biggie bags delivered with doordash and everything about the food was awful. The burgers were old and made wrong, the fries were extra cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day and the spicy nuggets were cold, hard and looked like they were recooked and almost burnt. I will never eat at this place again. Absolutely disgusting.

Walked into the restaurant and ws immediately stopped by a staff member. I was going to the restroom first then order. I was told by Cassandra I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom until I order. I politely replied I was going to order after I use the rest restroom. She then stated alot of people say that then don’t order. I was like ok , I went to the counter to order and she walks out the front door hands a bag to a car and gets on her phone while I’m standing there waiting. I order She take my card and says she has to take it to drive thrue because that’s the only register. She takes my card lays it on her phone then swipes my card. Food isn’t hot or even good. I will not be coming back to the Wendy’s.

This is a typical Wendy’s except for the area the store is located. It is not the best nor safest neighborhood to be in.
There were homeless people in the restaurant and also outside the restaurant.
The female inside was out of her mind, and outside the homeless were scattered around the parking lot. The bathrooms had homeless people camped out or something because they were locked up with homeless people going in and out.
My two lady friends from Norway said they felt unsafe, and I do not blame them.
The food was what is expected from a Wendy’s, but if a female customer fears for their safety, the review must reflect that fear.
I will never return to this restaurant.

There’s a lot of room for Improvement. The dining area was nice but the food and customer service was lacking. I saw the commercial for saucy nuggs So I decided to try them, this doesn’t look much like it, I could have poured sauce on nuggets myself ♂️

Ordered a taco sald and an large chili got asked me how I wanted my cheese. Shredded or liquid. I have never been asked thst question. Looked in the bag and no large chili. But a cup of shredded cheese not what I ordered got home no chips.
I am disappointed Wendy’s keeps changing the taco salad and what you get. It is never consistent anymore and the price is double with half the size or missing ingredients stop messing with it go back to what you used to serve and get it right

UPDATE ***This is my NEW review for this restaurant and it is WORST than the previous one. This happened on last Saturday, May 1st, 2024. It was about 8pm and for ONCE, the drive thru was empty. As I turned in, EVERY employee that worked that night was outside talking. I drove around to order. I sat there for a few minutes before I decided to drive back around to where they were talking to somebody in an SUV. The Hispanic/white guy wanted to be the hero that night. I CALMLY told them that I had been waiting in drive thru and asked were they still open. His smart mouth @$$ said “nobody knew you were around”. I took a deep breath before saying: “I just past right by you!” He said ” ok, go back around and someone will take your order”, so I drove back around and sat there AGAIN and nobody STILL took my order. The Marine in me drove BACK around there and told them that I was calling corporate on Monday and let them know how they are running this restaurant. Did I mention that I had placed a mobile order that I had to cancel? I ended up going to the Wendy’s on Hwy 29. On God, they need to throw the WHOLE restaurant away. Just because you remodel does not mean the customer service was upgraded as well. It don’t make ANY sense that no matter WHEN YOU go there, unless it’s in the daytime- you get messed up food with a side of attitude.****
If I could give this review a -10, that STILL would be too kind. The first thing that pissed me off was the fact that when I placed my mobile order, I SPECIFICALLY STATED that I wanted it through the drive thru. This Wendy’s is the ONLY ONE that makes you come inside to pick up your order. If I have to come INSIDE, WHY even have an option to pick up in the drive thru? Next was the customer service. I walked in and there were SIX PEOPLE back there and they were ALL just standing around. The girl at the register was VERY irritated and seemed to be the only one working. Next thing was the time it took then to fix my order. I was inside 15 minutes waiting on ONE HAMBURGER. NOW, I’m REALLY pissed. And last but not LEAST, the bacon on my baconator was crumbled up bacon scraps. I didn’t even take it back because Wendy’s is already quite a distance away and I was hungry. It NEVER FAILS, just about every time I go to that location, they get my order wrong. I will not be going back to that location ever again.

Omg are you kidding me… I ordered spicy nuggets only to get regular nuggets. I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger only to get a rubber flying disk that could knock someone out.. over salted fries and no spoon with our ice cream. God it won’t let me add a video .. ohhhh consider yourself blessed I have a video..

My husband went through the drive through and purchased a regular chilli. We took it home, opened it up and it was alot of red sauce and hard beans with cheese on top. I was pissed and wanted a refund. This was the 3rd time my order was messed up at this restaurant. I will no longer spend my money.
