That Wendy’s on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven is my go-to spot. Honestly, they’re the most consistent fast-food place around. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The drive-thru staff is always super friendly, and they’re quick even when it’s busy. I don’t know what they do differently, but my Baconator always comes out perfect—the beef is hot, the bacon is crispy, and it’s built just right. And the fries? They’re always fresh and hot. It’s the little things, you know? It’s just a reliable spot for a good lunch or a quick dinner. I’d rather go there than pretty much anywhere else in the area.

I went through drive thru tonight, waited at speaker about 3 minutes and then I had to say “Hellllllo”. Response was …. Go ahead and order! (My BIG pet peeve) when employees greet you on the speaker that way…I order my burger cheese ONLY, just opened my burger and it has everything on it and the fries were so greasyyyyyyyy! Honesty tasted like they took already cooked fries and refried them to make them seem fresh. Very dissatisfied with their service at 8:40 pm

Okay so I went to Wendy’s in Lynnhaven I went to drive through and I spoke with perfect clarity that I needed three crispy chicken sandwiches and one small Frosty I even turned the engine to my vehicle off so the person over the speaker could hear me better. After I was given the total a $7 and some change when the young woman brought my order out to hand to me I noticed I didn’t have a small frosty I mentioned this to her and she looked at me and said oh I apologize Sir with a half smile that they didn’t hear me over the speaker when I said it clear as day and yet they got my three crispy chicken sandwiches right so how does someone take in my order here I asked for three crispy chicken sandwiches but not a small Frosty!!?? Please have your workers pay better attention when taking an order through drive-thru. What really gets me is I shut my engine off just so I could clearly place my order. I don’t have the time nor the patience to drive back and forth just to get a correction done on a small order like this. I’m thankful it wasn’t a large order. Please speak dear staff about this. Most times when I come inside dining to order my food for the most part it’s right however when I go under and dine in it’s also day shift working so perhaps the night shift crew needs better training in listening. Huge shout out to Marcy, Danielle and John! Day shift crew knows the business!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and quality of food I received during my visit this morning.
I placed a large order of 19 breakfast sandwiches for my family. Despite the size, every sandwich was masterfully prepared with care and precision. My family and I were incredibly impressed with the quality, and the breakfast sandwiches are now our favorite.
Beyond the food, my entire experience was excellent. The employees I interacted with were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was notably clean and well-kept. The staff truly takes pride in their work, and their dedication is a wonderful reflection of your team.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about a recent delivery order. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. Our drinks were incorrect we ordered Dr Pepper but received Coke with no ice. The fries arrived cold, and the chicken sandwich was poorly made and didn’t look very appetizing. My sauce was also missing, even though I had asked for extra. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but I was a bit disappointed with the overall quality this time.

We made an ok order to be door dashed and we had ordered 4 combos and well we thought we got everything kinda like your supposed to when you place an order but we unsealed the bag and 2 of the 4 combos was wrong and left out half the combo and what burgers they did send looked like it was undercooked & bloody…This is the second straight time when we placed an order at this location that they screwed it up. Whoever is the mgr needs to fire this whole evening shift. You don’t serve people raw meat and leave out half there order twice and it be ok. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this wendys. It’s worth the drive to find a different one and this place offers no solution in our case and won’t yours

Every time my boyfriend and I come here there’s something wrong. The other day we went to go get our food and they completely forgot the other part of our food. Then this evening I got some spicy garlic Parmesan nuggets and when I got home I realized they basically threw the container in the bag and all the sauce spilled into the bad. Drive through wasn’t super busy but my burger was raw in the middle & when sent back, I was told that all of the burgers come out like that. However, the guy rushed the cook & it was pulled too soon to accommodate the “timer” in the drive through.

Food was cold even though we waited almost 10 minutes for the order. They gave us the wrong drink & no sauces then when we went to fix the order, they tried to charge us for drinks they messed up & sauce they forgot to put in the bag. They were very weird, even the GM on the phone.
