My mother and I went through the drive-through February 3 and it was a terrible experience. The person‘s name that was rude. Was Ricardo not 1 ounce of customer service it was terrible especially after just leaving a course on customer service I would’ve gave zero stars and the food was terrible as well. The cheese was not even melted on the burger you can also see how sloppily it was put together. There was ketchup everywhere on the outside of the Bun.I guess he was too busy talking on the phone because there wasn’t any customers in the drive-through but yet he was literally handed the food roughly and close the window no thank you nothing so rude.

My name is Bricia! ms. Stephanie the manager is awesome. Always great customer service , food is always great and she goes above and beyond to make sure her guest is happy and satisfied. I love seeing her when I come through! Great manager, great customer service and great energy!!! Keep her! Ever since she’s been there the atmosphere and food has been better, in my opinion.

Well you know wendys is open late, well I wouldn’t advise going by there late to eat after bout 6 damn I ordered $21 worth of food an there wasn’t anyone in line norepinephrine the parking lot but was still advised to pull forward as if parking lot was full but finally got my food and made sure I actually got all my order. My chili cheese and onions was room temp with onion rings not the cheese an diced onion like I’ve gotten for 20+ years if eating there my Dave’s deluxe was 1 of the saddest, driest burgers I’ve ate the chicken tenders was ok but dry as hell and my lemonade was watered down. God for bid is call manager and complete

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time it was so bad I had to. Pulled up late night on a Friday. Ordered a baconator it was the worst I’ve ever had. Not to mention the employees were out back smoking weed right next to the order spot.
Giving 2 stars though because while back I rolled up for breakfast and the service was great and food was good. Not going back again though after tonight.

This place is a disgrace to the Wendy’s Chain . I work Corporate Management and I would not hire a soul who works here to work for me or my company. I am going to do my best to sum up our visit….To start , we ordered a large drink , they were out of large cups and the manager had to refund us . Then , they shorted us fries and the fries were cold , we ordered a Sour Cream and Chive Potato that came with Chives and nothing else ( no Sour Cream ) in a container that is meant for Salads , Next the Sweet Tea was tea colored Soap … Yes , you read right ,tea colored Soap ! That’s a HUGE health hazard! Not to mention the flies inside the restaurant crawling all over the straws and utensils ! The only good thing is that the manager was friendly. The guy at the fry station was so high he was petting the empty fry boxes …. I could go on and on . But , honestly it’s not worth the effort.

Decided to go for Veteran’s Day since they were offering a thank you meal. Pulled through the drive through and listened to the person ahead order, and order taker told him (rudely) exactly how to order the veteran meal. I pulled to the speaker and ordered a breakfast meal, and let the lady know after it was for Veteran’s Day, and asked if I needed to show ID as well. She rudely said “well you needed to start with that” and huffed. I was still sitting at the speaker when she said “so stupid” and scoffed. Next time maybe turn off your mic before you complain about a customer. This is the Wendy’s right next to the Air Force base..a big thank you to all who serve I guess.

The food was old and cold! What do you have to do to get fresh hot ? The only part of my order that was fresh was the drink. The burger was cold so, I’m guessing that the pattie was pretty cooked. Just an overall unsatisfactory experience. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
