Went to the drive-through ordered a kids two piece chicken tender meal a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and a medium Diet Coke at 6 o’clock on Wednesday totally dinner time. They had no chicken sandwiches made me pull forward. Waited six minutes and still nobody has came. This is why Wendy’s is closing in the Jacksonville area. They all suck.

Ordered a large fry and got it half full.
Employees are always annoyed when I ask for condiments.
And if they ask me to pull forward to wait for my food im almost always going to miss an item, sauce or wait for 10 minutes until my 1 item is done, by then my food is cold.
The one time it was an amazing experience is when either the manager or some higher up was there.
This happens 9/10 times I go

I am honestly surprised at the reviews on here. I visited this location last week with my son and we had a very good experience. The food tasted great. I had the baconator, fries, and frosty. My son had the kid’s tenders meal and for a picky eater, managed to eat it ALL.
Now, I also have to mention the kindness from Caleb (I think may be the manager?) He was awesome when talking to my son and even went the extra mile with the kids meal toys. Thank you so much again for your kindness! We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered an Asiago Chicken and Bacon sandwich. First sandwich I got was plain chicken patty. Second one looks like this. Very crappy. Also was handed some ketchup completely covered in syrup and when I asked for some not covered in syrup the person seemed put out. Also not very busy.

Awful Wendy’s. Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Always out of stock for a good portion of items. I find better consistency at Dunkin and if you know Dunkin is very hit or miss. Food quality is also awful too. Drive through workers are disgustingly rude too, not sure how Wendy’s does their hiring but it needs to be better. This place needs to be watched by corporate or something… they’re lucky they’re not audited randomly. Edgar is like the only good thing about this place like he is really a bright light in a dark abyss.

The food left a lot to be desired. Not up to Wendy’s standards in our book. The fries and burgers were cold. There was no ice in the drink fountain machine. The bathrooms were uncleaned. The floor in the restaurant area was dirty and had trash on the floor. There was an employee sleeping in a booth when we came in. The table was sticky from previous customers. To top it all off the order took forever to get, even though we were the only people in the place and it was not correct. There is major improvement needs to happen here.

I read some other reviews first and still gave it a try. It wasn’t really busy, one table seated already and about a dozen workers. The floor was slippery. A few tables were dirty. Several workers had their drinks and personal items on the as area and were sitting down to be on their phones until someone would call out needing something. I guess employees here just take breaks whenever, don’t worry about cleaning the restaurant
Now for the food. It came out pretty quick but room temperature. My sandwich had half a piece of lettuce while my husband got a leaf big enough to cover the bun. I saw this and then noticed all the “quality” slogans. Totally not what this Wendy’s delivers. I also watched a man enter the store with his empty cup in hand, fill it while a worker was fiddling with the freestyle machine and never paid. Wow!
As many of these reviews said, a lot of teenagers without management operate this location. No accountability to service or quality.

No service inside store. Only self serve kiosks. Nothing like having to touch something 25x that has a million fingerprints on it. Watched 2 sets of people leave because they didn’t want to use kiosk. How dumb is this setup. As far as Wendy’s food this was some of the worst I’ve ever eaten. Thank god they couldn’t screw up the frosty.It was awesome.

So far I have only been to this location two times for a quick drive thru breakfast. Service has been fast and friendly each time, and I have been surprisingly pleased with the new breakfast items. I go pretty early, so there are never any lines, so I can’t really comment on what service and food is like during the busier store hours.
