I placed a simple order… the biggie bag that includes 4 nuggets… I get home and I only got 2 nuggets… and I was like okay.. well atleast I got some ♀️ but they’re spicy!?!? I was wondering why my mouth was on fire I thought, “that BBQ is poppin!” Not very happy… had a bad day and was looking forward to my food… don’t want to drive back up there and have what I did get.. fries and burger… get cold…. and no one answered when I called up there…
Update: added a couple stars —- I ate my burger and fries then went down there & they made it right! super friendly about it too. And gave me a fry and new drink for the inconvenience

Went to the Argyle location and ordered the new Loaded Nacho burger. I asked to hold the corn. The burger was not at all what I expected. They withheld not only the corn chips but the tortilla strips also! The burger was so FLAT! I called to report the problem. The employee, Joshua, was very helpful and offered to replace the burger, explaining that the corn chips and tortilla strips are combined. The manager, Sandra, overheard the conversation and took the phone from the employee in order to inform me that they would not replace the burger that I should have asked for them on the side. I explained that I did not get what I paid for and had I known they were combined, I would have either requested them on the side or ordered something different. This manager has POOR customer service skills and treated me as though I was a beggar! I paid $21.48 for food that was not worth it! On top of that the bread was stale!!
The only good thing about the experience is that the fries were hot and the employee had more customer skills than the manager. I will not only not return but do not recommend this location. I am also contacting my card company for dispute.

I asked him could you slow down for me. He turns around and gets a manager with dreads. That guy is super nice and takes as much time is needed which is like 30 seconds to make sure the order was right. Breon put the order in wrong so the kitchen had to fix the mistake because of poor communication. I’m not a Karen, I’m a cool guy. I play loud music and I like partying. But work is work and bad communications equals bad results. Take more time with each customer, 10/30 seconds is all it takes to read back orders and then don’t get mad if it’s wrong. Be professional and speak respectfully, even at a fast food restaurant. Wasting Wendy’s resources is bad for business and hurts the shareholders and investors.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience tonight. The drive thru was so slow. I sat at the order box for almost five minutes and had to say hello before being acknowledged. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food – barely any bacon or beer cheese on the burgers, a clump of bacon and shredded cheese on the fries but hardly any beer cheese. We had the same meal a week ago and it was wonderful. This visit however was not good.

We were the only customers at 12pm on Saturday. The employes should have been cleaning the lobby, the booths need a good cleaning with bleach. Good thing I’m not there manager. If you are not busy, you clean….

Always slow, always getting my order wrong. Wendy’s App scanner never works so don’t expect to actually earn or use rewards or offers here.
Recommend: going somewhere else.
And what size is this fry supposed to be? Super small?

Very disappointed
This was strike two.
Waited 20 mins for them to mess up my entire order. What made matters worse my breakfast sandwich bacon, egg and cheese.. The eggs were still frozen.
I requested two egg and cheese sandwiches and only received 1 with some creamy mayo substance.
The sausage was ice cold.
I wouldn’t recommend it unless you can go inside and order your food

Nice restaurant that feels clean. The service lacks any concern for the customer as the staff ignores customers until management makes them acknowledge the presence of people waiting for service. The prices are getting to be unworthy of the food presented. There are Coke machines at this location that allows great selection of drinks and the cookies were decent. I wish Dave was still around to see how small servings are getting and how little there is concern for anyone inside the service area. Much like many competitors of large size, the concern seems to be all about drive thru.
