I don’t normally do bad reviews, but this was just NASTY. This location needs to be shut down
8:10am, pulled in drive thru. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker, no one answered. Drove to the window & waited a few more minutes.
Worker was very nice when she came to the window to take my order though.
Potatoes were fresh, but the croissants were not croissants… it was soggy flat bread that was falling apart. The bacon was extremely soggy as well. Had to be pre-made & warmed up because that was not fresh
‘Swiss cheese’ was like a thick warm mayo. Couldn’t stomach it, didn’t even take a bite. Took 20 mins to order & get the food.

So I was on my way to work today, stopped by Wendy’s on 3136 Emerson to pick up a salad. As I proceeded to eat it I noticed that there was a rancid taste on my salad! They gave me seasoned croutons that don’t even go with this salad (had the apple pecan) and the pecans were expired and the chicken was hard $ 10.20 on a salad that was expired had to go hungry… so mad

So I decided to go to Wendy’s for the first time in probably like 3 years. I was not disappointed! My cheeseburger was absolutely perfect. And I also got a chocolate frosty which I haven’t had in years and it was amazing! The employees at the window and the order taker were so friendly and helpful, makes me want to just go back again and again and again!

This particular Wendy’s has acquired a reputation for long drive through waits (15+ minutes) and combative staff taking the drive through orders. On three separate occasions during the past two weeks this particular location has had excessive wait times (despite arrival being non-peak times) and incorrect or missing food items. As a local business owner I find this pattern of poor service to be very troubling. So much so, none of our more than twenty employees will be purchasing food from this location going forward. Not a good way to run a business in the competitive fast food market.

The drive thru service was great. The Coke was great for a Freestyle machine, the fries were fresh and hot but sadly the burger meat was dried out and nasty. There was a weird smell I couldn’t quite place. Oh well. Maybe I’ll try again in another year again. 🙁

I ordered this from Uber eats for breakfast. BOTH breakfast sandwiches had hard inedible eggs with green mold or something on them (see pics). So I didn’t even get to eat breakfast. I can’t believe they let food leave looking like this. Bet they wouldn’t eat that if it was made for them.
