Im not sure if i did something to upset the staff but ive had all good orders until now. They gave me the worst driest and oldest patty ive ever seen, three nuggets instead of four, a small fry instead of a medium, and burnt tasting coffee.. none of the food was hot and i live less than a minute away. Im trying to complain on the app and it wont let me. Photo proof below.

The food was great. The fries were hot as requested, and we tried the spicy crunch Cajun chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The cashier whose name was Calvin was very nice very polite and filled our tray up with a bunch of sauces. Cool beans. Only issue was the drive thru – we left out of the drive thru due to slow service and went inside where we met Calvin!

Wendy’s handled our family of 8 beautifully! They were relatively quick in getting our order out and it was even correct! (Large orders get messed up more than you think). They were great!

I went through the drive through of this place and the staff was super friendly and food was nice and hot! I also didn’t have to wait long at all… Super impressed Wendy’s is stepping customer service up a notch in the drive thru

This Wendy’s has the worse service in the Daytona area. I live down the street and it is faster to go to the Port Orange Wendy’s than sitting in line at this one. Not just once or twice this happens, but nearly every time there’s a 10-20 minute wait. This has been going on for a few years. I actually stopped going to this location but every 6 months or so, I’ll give them a chance to see if it’s gotten better. Nope. Not the employee’s fault. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Owners / Management to blame.

So I came in the other night to get a meal for me and my girlfriend when I say her meal was warm mine was cold. The burger was so disgusting. The lettuce smelt foul from the looks of it. They purposely did it then as I went to go back up there to get my refund they were creating a hostile area due to me wanting a refund. I had to go to the doctors because I had some type of bad reaction to the food and it made me very sick. I would advise anyone in everyone not to go here…

The cashier named Ashley had a nasty attitude seemed a little prejudice to me I asked her to scan my QR code to receive a free 6pc nugget and I didn’t receive my 6pc nugget in the bag nor did she give an explanation as to why the six piece nugget was not in the bag nor did she ask me what kind of dipping sauce I would like with the six piece nugget and the code that I had her scan was also not on the receipt. I did not enjoy my customer service experience with her at all, and if I ever decide to spend money there again, I do not want her to take my order because that type of attitude and customer service is just downright ridiculous And for the manager or CEO that reviewed this review the cashier that took my order was made Ashley the order was taken on October 29, 2025 The order was placed at 3:08 PM and the ticket order number was 10037

this is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever frequented. they never get your order right and will charge you for more expensive items you didn’t order if you’re not paying attention. not sure if this is intentional, or just an inability to stop talking over customers in the drive thru long enough to hear what they actually order.

They didn’t let my door washer know they no longer made the frosty’s I ordered. They got my burger wrong. I ordered a JR bacon cheese burger which comes with lettuce tomatoe mayo. All I got was patty cheese and bacon. All three of other burgers were suppose to be jr cheese burgers ketchup only. All I got was patty cheese no ketchup.
