Absolutely horrible experience, could not order food inside lobby and it was before 10pm even for a simple to go order. The drive AI froze and rest multiple times. We gave up and left and had to resort eating burger king, but they had great customer service.

Dining room closes at 10. We got there at 9:45 and wouldn’t let us come inside to place an order. Drive thru is stupid AI and it doesn’t listen to what you’re saying and locks up then goes back to the home screen. I drove off, Burger King next door has way better service.

Pretty disappointed got a Parmesan salad and when I looking it in when I got home which is less than 5 mins away my cheese was melted. They had a lot of lettuce that was going bad and taste like it’s old. Also The worker at the window was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention when handing us the food

I went through the drive-thru with my family. The food was good and the service was good. However, you have to drive past the speaker to read the menu board. In our case, we ended up having to yell back at the speaker to place our order.

I work close by so this is one of the few options I have to eat at for under 15.00. The service is slow inside and super slow in the drive thru and YOU’RE FOOD WILL BE WRONG. I have eaten here probably 10 times in the last few months and never leave without checking my order which has been wrong 10 out of 10 times. I also do not think my fries have ever been hot.
Why do I go back? The 10 – 12 min drive thru is still faster than the 25 min lines at their competitors.
UPDATE : You can now pay for large fries and get a small fry in a large container. Really great for people who like to spend extra and get way less.
