I had not been to this location in about a year. I was very pleased with my dining experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and served at proper temperatures. My order was a bit custom but it was made exactly as ordered. My Frosty was filled to the top (some locations skip a little). The dining area was CLEAN and did not have any unpleasant odors. My ONLY CONCERN was that I could not order via the Wendy’s app. It went all the way but would not “check out”. I later found out it was a nationwide outage caused by an Amazon failure earlier in the day.

Order a 10-piece nugget at the drive-thru. I ordered sweet and sour sauce. I was unaware they no longer carried that. It has changed to a sweet chili sauce. When I get to the window to pick up my food I told them I wanted to try one of the sweet chili sauces. The girl working at the window with an attitude says “so you want one barbecue and one sweet chili” I said yes please, clearly states on the receipt I get two free sauces with my meal. When got to I was going, finally opened my meal to learn there was only one sauce in the bag the whole time and I still caught an attitude for asking for one more sauce. The greed of these fast food places is getting ridiculous. Already spending $10 to $15 on fast food and they want a nickel and dime on sauces.

I live about 3 minutes from this Wendy’s, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. There was no line and no one else in the parking lot, yet it still took around 10 minutes to get my order. When I got home, everything was cold, soggy, and completely smothered in condiments. The food tasted old and thrown together with no care.
To make things worse, the restaurant itself looked like a hurricane had just passed through — messy, dirty, and uninviting. Clearly, management and staff here have stopped caring about quality or cleanliness.
I live close by, but after this experience, I’ll gladly drive farther to another location. Stay far away from this one until they turn things around.

Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. I have never been to a fast food place where my burger actually looked like the menu and the fries actually hot. The crew at this place is on point. Thank tou from Jacksonville.

Ordered lettuce wrapped Bürgers with no pickles/onions. They simply tossed the normal Bürgers without buns into tubs. They didnt Wrap anything. They still Had pickles/onions. On Them.

Wanted a quick bite to eat before food shopping. Took 10-15 min in Drive thru, after speaking with associate through speaker (mobile order). Ordered Spciy chicken combo, served with shredded lettuce, probably about 10 strands of the shredded lettuce. Ordered a double stack, payed extra to get lettuce added to it and same thing, 10-ish strands of shredded lettuce. I’ll go to Taco Bell if I want shredded lettuce. Ordered the Brownie Batter frosty, was given Oreo frosty instead. Ordered the Strawberry Lemonade, all of the syrup completely settled at bottom, not mixed. Hard to mix a full cup of lemonade with all the syrup at the bottom, when you need to drive or even sitting in your car, trying to not spill it everywhere. Best thing were the fries, which helped bump to 2 stars.
