On 11-21-25 (9:40am) I ordered 2 sausage cheese English muffins. I cannot understand how the person who made that sleeps at night. It looked and tasted like it was left on the sidewalk for 3 days.
I called and a woman who said she was the manager. I explained what happened and instead of apologizing for it she said that she was the one who made the sandwich and the sausage patty was just made 15 minutes prior.

10 mins after open I just tried to order breakfast and no one answered the drive through as an employee sauntered in at sloth speed… This was the final straw as I have ONLY had TERRIBLE experience trying to give them money in the mornings on the way to work!!!
Prior to this: we did online order (bc we know they are slow) and after THIRTY MINUTES, we show up to pick it up and they HAD NOT STARTED THE ORDER!!! took 15 minutes MORE to make 2 breakfast sandwiches and put the fries in the bag …
Before that:Ordered online and “our systems are down”. I showed the receipt, but they still wouldn’t even make the order. They told me to call the 800 number to ask for a refund. After multiple emails and calls to follow up I’ve still never seen the refund over a year later.
Prior to that I have tried multiple times ordering breakfast from them only to wait for 15 to 30 minutes for my food to come out in the drive-thru. This is NOT fast food! You might be able to get out of there in a reasonable time frame… FOR A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT- NOT for fast food.
While still unreasonably slow just times, lunch and dinner aren’t as bad… or how slow this Wendy however at breakfast time unless you have an hour or an alternate backup plan, you’re going to go hungry! Beware!!! skip it! The food’s alright, but not worth the hassle, headache and aggravation!

The burger came with Greenleaf or Romaine rather than iceberg as it shows.
Restrooms are not kept up well which usually is an indication of poor housekeeping overall
After eating my burger I ordered a frosty to go. 7 employees conversing and after 10 minutes I told them it was OK, I no longer wanted the frosty. I guess I did not need the calories anyway

As far as Wendy’s go this was a much better one. Newer, modernized and clean with a nice outdoor patio. The food seemed freshly made as opposed to a lot of other Wendy’s I’ve been to that seem they have had their food sitting under a heating lamp. Freshly made fries and sandwiches are key and they did have that. The only down side was the chili seemed really greasy as if a stick of grease fell in it as opposed to what it usually has. (It is still greasy just this was a bit more than normal). Other than that their drive thru was fast and friendly and the employees seemed focused on the job.

Spicy Nuggets were hard and way over cooked or maybe they were old? Not sure, fries were pretty bad as well. Not crispy, some were undercooked. Wendy’s is the last place id go to get food but since its around the corner i thought id try it once hoping it would be good but was left disappointed as expected.

i havent been to Wendys in over 20+ years. the day that i finally went reminded me why. my sister was starving, we just finished doing laundry & it was too early for our Costco trip. Wendy’s is about a mile or so away, their tv ads shows some improvement so i’d thought i’d give it a go. the place was empty but they have a lot of workers. i figured maybe the breakfast rush is over. we used the kiosk & placed our orders. my sister had the egg & bacon croissant combo & i had the egg, bacon muffin combo. i wont complain about the wait even if its still a wait – mind u they’re NOT busy. nobody in the drive thru & we were the only customers inside. the order finally came & my sister went to the soda fountain. i was looking @ the food – it was the most miserable looking thing. the sandwiches were so small it looked like kids meal. i spent close to $17 i guess i expected something filling or @ least feed a normal size kid. it is what it is, i said to myself. i went to get a drink, Sweet Tea. filled up my cup w/ ice & poured down the tea & went back to my table. i thought i was seeing things, but there was a big dark thing floating in there. the bottom of the cup had some kind of debris. i didnt want that & not about to drink from that. i took pics then i went back to the counter & showed it to the employee. she immediately took it back & gave me another cup. no apologies, idk if she’s just as shocked as i am or too busy to acknowledge the problem. next thing i saw was a guy who took the whole sweet tea dispenser & that was the end of it. i ended up filling w/ rootbeer. the point is, & i do have one, if i manage that store i would make sure that ALL the equipments, everything needs to be cleaned @ the end of the day. God only knows when the last time it was cleaned & im not about to come back & find out. i dont really like to say anything bad about anything. but it happened & i am not happy w/ it, esp. after spending that much for breakfast.

Absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to complain but this was unacceptable. People standing around coke spilled at entrance trash over flowing. Water on floor stale fries with some kind of white looking chunk . Could be salt but who knows. Manager was telling people they didn’t have to eat here. I agree.

I’ve been told that this Wendy’s now opens at 8am. I have to be at work at 8 and you are across the street from my office. I go there frequently for breakfast. I can no longer go there and that is very disappointing. Website still says 7:30. I’ve never heard of a fast food opening at 8am!

I’ve tried this Wendy’s a few times as it is closest to my home. I understand labor and product issues but these things seem to be frequent here. They are always out of something! Cashier’s are not friendly- but not rude or anything. I used to manage restaurants and if we ran out of something I’d borrow it from a nearby store or for peeps sake grab a bag of onions from Costco or Sam’s. This week there’s no sodas, onions, receipts. My husband went again today and not only was the food barely warm they barely put toppings on them. Even after complaining they didn’t fix the other sandwiches. Like why would you send food out like that? Not hot and barely toppings. Plus the chicken sandwiches have gone cardboard. Wendy’s needs to do better and they need to stay on top of ordering. There’s no other restaurants with so many issues so stop blaming the economy… that only lasts for so long.

Food itself was great! Tasted good and was hot and ready. Place was disgusting inside, though. No tables were wiped off, floors were sticky, and just messes everywhere. Staff was sitting around doing absolutely nothing, joking with each other. One was sitting at a bar area eating a meal, messing around. How can they just sit there doing nothing when there’s work to be done?
Overall, this is definitely just a drive-thru kinda place. I’ll avoid going inside whenever I can.
