always go through the drive through at Wendy’s, and the food is always great. My favorites are the spicy chicken sandwich and the asiago ranch chicken club. The service is always pretty slow in the drive thru though, and the speaker is pretty difficult to hear. Overall, I love coming back to this Wendy’s because of the great sandwiches.

Dining Room closed before 6:30 PM on Sunday, 11/3, with no sign or anything giving the reason why. That’s 2.5 hours early! Chose to do Chinese next door at the strip mall instead. Service and food at this Wendy’s have been good, but it always seems there is a skeleton crew there. Decor is old and tired. Rather than drive up here again and find that the dining room is closed when it should be open, I’ll go to the Wendy’s off of 312 and Ponce de Leon (US 1) instead.

Ordered spicy chicken combo with soda-no ice. Received overcooked and dry sandwich, very cold French fries and to keep things consistently wrong– A soda full of ice. Could have overlooked this order/trip, but this makes the 3rd time in a row at this particular location the food and service have been subpar. I’ve been sympathetic to staff shortages but the quality of food here has really gone downhill in the last 6 months.

Food was very good. The staff needed a little extra time before being able to take our order at the drive thru menu. It seems like it is a common problem with almost all fast food chains, since COVID-19 started affecting the amount of staff available to each location. That said, once they did take our order they prepared a delicious pair of the 4 for $4 combos for my girl and I very quickly. The food was good and the service was friendly. I would have gone for a full 5 star if the order taker had addressed the cause for our initial wait at the menu.

I ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe online. When I got home, I found the meat was cold. I only wanted mayo. They put ketchup, mustard & mayo. One had bacon pieces on it. The bread was hard & stale. I’m very disappointed. I deleted their app.

Terrible! Ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches on a quick stop on a road trip. Got back on Interstate and opened bag and both sandwiches were uneatable. Buns were totally soggy, and even trying to salvage chicken was a fail, tough and rubbery. Threw both out. Will never visit another Wendy’s on a road trip.

The service was a bit slow but our order was right which is more important to me. The food was really good, too. The fries were hot and had the perfect amount of salt. I always order a Frosty with my meal and their Frosty machine has never been out of order when I have been there. All in all, a good Wendy’s location.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Wendy’s. Almost turned around when I got to the front door due to the cigarette on the ledge next to entrance and a very dirty front door but thougt well they must be busy. Someone came to the register after a few minutes. No hello or hi may I help you from any of the employees. ..it was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. Then no grilled chicken, served a coke but not the classic coke so went to get it replaced only to find they were out of coke. What did they give me? Coke zero is my guess. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? Dining room was dirty. Employees going in and out of restaurant. No bye, come again, nothing when I left. Walked out and the person who served me the suspect coke was sitting outside on the ground by the entrance smoking and on the phone. I will never go there again. Horrible.

The inside was locked for some reason but besides that when I tried to go through the drive thru the utter rudeness of the staff was shocking. The person before me in line became so frustrated that they drove away, then I tried to place a simple order and they would not let me even finish before saying “go to the second window” with unnecessary attitude. Once at the window I had to finish my order because she would not even let me speak at the menu. They then forgot to give me my debit card back and I had to go back and pick it up, again through the drive thru because inside was locked.
