COURTNEY is the best manager. I NEVER have problems on her shift and the few times I’ve had issues I call her right and she fixes it! I am super picky and won’t eat alot of these other fast food places but I love Macclenny Wendy’s!

Update: they have made improvements to food and service since my last review. The food I had on the last two visits was excellent and very fresh. The staff was having fun and shared their fun and relaxed attitudes with patrons which made the experience much better. This was a great improvement over the past in all categories. Past review: Nice building with a bright and fresh interior. The lot is usually empty and plenty of parking. Even the bathroom is nice and feels clean. The management chose to yell at two cooks for burning a pan of bacon. All the patrons now know bacon is the most expensive food cost and they are costing the owners too much money. Apparently “praise publicly & punish privately” is not common practice. Our first mobile order was quick and fresher than most places. Our second mobile order was ignored for 15 minutes because ever car in the drive through that arrived after we ordered was more important.
We came back for breakfast and found the listed price on the board is not what they charge. When we inquired about the difference the manager was snide in return. The food was okay but McDonald’s breakfast is a bit better for MUCH less. However, if you like the choices in a Coca cola red machine, they have a white version on the premises! Woohoo. Tried the new Fusion (strawberry pop tart) great taste but so milky I couldn’t find any frosty in it.
I stopped going to Wendy’s because the burgers got so small I kept having dreams of an old lady asking “where’s the beef?!” The chicken nuggets are good and the breakfast was okay but I’ll cook from home next time.

Steve , new manager, works really hard to make sure this Wendy’s thrives.
I had some issue and he fixed the issue very kindly and in a professional way.
People need to do their jobs and learn to prepare food properly. Constructive criticism is important, a positive critique helps things going in a more positive approach.
I am glad the store has Steve and he works hard to teach his employees. He works hard to make sure the customers are served properly.

Always a pleasant experience. Fast, fresh, and hot food. Nice employees too! Makes a big difference when the employee you come in contact with is kind, and smiling, It gives a warm, inviting, happy to help look thus securing returning patrons to the business. I love their new frostys too! Especially the brownie batter one. I sure hope they aren’t for a limited time only! I wonder if they will add more flavors in the near future. Cheesecake would be awesome!

Really good Wendy’s Location. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. They even went around asking if we wanted refills on our drink while we were sitting down and eating.

Another 5 star experience. The manager on this breakfast shift has the most welcoming personality. Its always a pleasure to visit on his shift. He is always efficient and pleasing to the whole experience. Thank you for an awesome breakfast today.

This commonwealth location wendys staff have a very low morale, and the food quality is also terrible. They are always out of so many things, and unaccommodating in fixing any issues that may arise in any given situation. I will not be taking my family or myself back to this location until they fix it.

TERRIBLE. If you like RARE chicken, this is your place. However, if you prefer your sandwiches without salmonella, I would stay away. I think the Health Department needs to get involved. This is so unsafe.
