I had such a great experience! The food was super fresh and delicious, and the customer service made it even better. Jaliyah was so welcoming and positive you could feel the good vibe as soon as you walked in. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back soon!

Just bought the chicken tender meal they the drive thru,honestly it sucked this time I’ve always went here & never been disappointed but tonight was not it. The fries were not hot & not crispy nor soft & the tenders were very dry. Honestly I don’t understand why you would put fries in the bag already while still waiting on tenders to cook they said the tenders are fresh but ain’t no way. Tonight I’m disappointed in the food they haven’t never been like this. You would think ordering on the good side of town you would get fresh hot food wasn’t the case at all.

Super fast service for family of 5. Was at drive through at about 1045 and no line. Only issue was the medium fry felt half empty (see picture). Other than that great service.

I came here to try the new breakfast burrito and it was very good. It has the seasoned fries, bacon, sausage, egg, cheese and a Swiss cheese sauce. Wendys normally has a solid breakfast so I’m not surprised it was good. What stood out tho, the employees. They were super professional and fast. Great job.

We like Wendy’s cause the serves sparkling water. We always get sparkling water. They have to look in the AHA button and they will see the sparkling water. Alot of the employees don’t know and will tell you they don’t have it but they do . Many employees never heard of sparkling water.

I got a “Taco Salad” $8.99 it had corn lettuce and tomato… ♂️ I also ordered a large chili. The beans were not cooked and were crunchy. It’s was a colossal waste of money. Shame on you Wendy’s!

First atmosphere went to the restroom clean. Dining area few people sitting down eating their lunch. The floors in the restaurant where immaculate. Service great food piping hot. One note I would like to add. When you get a combo the french fries are automatically small. You have to ask for a large if you want that with your combo.

I was recommended to come here by an employee at the great American cookies. And wow I’m impressed this is a first in a long time that a fast food joint was actually good all around the board. The food is fresh the drinks are made good and the staff was quick with the order. It’s nice and clean and I will definitely be back to enjoy some more

Unfortunately Wendy’s Baconator was a hard pill to swallow. As a customer of Wendy’s you expect to have great customer service and great food but on 7/17 /19 I was highly disappointed let down by the Wendy’s Corporation only because I pay for a great burger that you advertise and I get this. Came to have lunch with a few friends and enjoy the day unfortunately I was very nervous… made myself upset and sick because I felt something was done to this burger after re fixing this burger. as a young man with dreads stood at the counter, who was supposed to be in the back… waiting for me to take a bite…. made it so very suspicious that something was done to this Berger…. I pray to God that I don’t have the ugly spirit bestowed upon me from the management and cook team at this Wendy’s on Whittlesey Road in Columbus Georgia. I tried to get my friends to switch burgers with me because I was feeling really bad about eating this re cooked Berger… but through prayer I got through it but it’s sad to have that type of feeling at a fast food restaurant that stands for greatness….. your Associates bring it down to a “”whatever standard”” very upset because this is one of the reasons why I don’t care for fast food because you never know what people do to your food after you complain…. you have to complain because pay $10 I did not get a receipt and the burger was called the Baconator and the standard is to take one piece of bacon and crumble it into three pieces and charge you $10 for the meal.. wow!
