Coffee was watered down two days in a row. I drink coffee at Wendy’s every day and it is never watered down. The first day i drove back up to the store went in and asked for a fresh coffee. It tasted better. The second day I tasted the coffee in the drive thru and as I sent the coffee back, I saw that the coffee was still brewing. I asked the young girl did she get the coffee from that pot and she said yes. I told her that is why it is watered down because the coffee was not finished brewing. An old lady yell out the window. This is our new brand and all the customer complains about it. I told her that is not the problem because I drink Wendy’s coffee everyday form different locations and it is always good. I was asked for my money back, but I noticed that the pot had stop brewing, so I asked her can I just have another cup since the brewing had stop. The old lady was being smart and said, DONT YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK??? I replied, yes just give my money back. I went to golden dounut next door and I received better service and wonderful coffee. Simple customer service would have been, sorry pull up and I will bring you coffee when the coffee has stop brewing. I can understand the young girl didn’t understand about the coffee but the old lady that clearly saw the coffee still brewing as I did. you would think she would have know that pouring a larger cup of coffee when the coffee is not finished brewing it will make the first part watered down and the last part in the pot way too strong.

I ask for my fries to be fresh cashier proceeded to say they’re cooked to order. I sat and watch them give me fries that was sitting there when I came never did anyone drop fresh fries while I’m stoop there waiting on my food this second maybe third time this has happen. My nuggets was hard and cold I haven’t even ate the burger yet scared of what it may taste like .

This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this Wendy’s and had a negative experience. One time I waited 45 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. Another time they got my order completely wrong. Today I went through the drive-thru with my dog in my backseat and the lady had a disgusted look on her face and refused to take my card for payment until I closed all the windows. Then when she took my card she looked like she was about to cuss up a storm but was holding her tongue. The people here are SO rude and unprofessional and always have attitudes. Won’t be coming back.

I visited here on 2/15/2026 at night and the board lights were not on. The lady at the second window was rude and had me pulled up for 10 mins waiting on fries no customer in drive-thru. Waited so long that l had to pull back up to the window. Would not recommend.

Ordered delivery thru there app it was delivered with the drink shake machine was down no call no nothing but i was charged for it, and the sandwich came with no cheese or tomato its the krabby patty meal, and all im told his u can get a full refund threw the app and the app doesnt have a option to reach a customer support u have to call monday thru Friday in between 8 and 5, ive payed for my meal and delivery plus a tip and i got a plain ass burger frys n a drink,

After attending my niece graduation, thought it would be nice to eat a Wendy’s triple baconator meal, and grab a big five for my daughter. Watching the employees scratching her head and arms without gloves serving food is disgusting. I didn’t want to cause a disturbance, so I took what I paid for and left. This will surely cause me to quit eating out by all means.
