I’ve never really noticed Wendy’s food tasting different from one location to another. What usually makes the biggest difference is the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. This location was reasonably clean—not spotless, but not bad either. The wait time was a little slow considering there weren’t many people inside, but the food came out fresh.
I ordered a 20-piece garlic parmesan spicy nugget with a drink. The nuggets themselves were good, but the sauce was a bit disappointing—it was too runny and could’ve used a thicker consistency to really stick to the nuggets. Other than that, it was exactly what you’d expect from Wendy’s: consistent, average fast food. It’s never amazing, never terrible—just solidly in the middle.

My family and I drive up and down 75 5-6 times a year to visit family in Florida. We have been to hundreds of fast food restaurants over the years and this was BY FAR the most repulsive one we’ve ever witnessed. If I had seen the restrooms or the condition of the dining room/self service counter before ordering and paying, we would have just walked out. There were things spilled and splattered everywhere, the floors, tables, counters, everything was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned in months. All napkin dispensers empty, half the FreeStyle machine wasn’t working and the machine itself was disgusting. One girl (who was the only semi-bright spot in the whole experience) was working the entire front end by herself while one guy cooked in the back and another, wearing drive-thru headset did NOTHING to help her. He stood in front of the fry pit and DID NOT STOP TALKING for the entire 15-20 min we ended up standing there waiting to order and then waiting for food. He just watched her drown and never offered to do a thing except hold those two tiles down that he was standing on. The restrooms, that are shared with the connected gas station, legitimately looked like something from a horror movie. Fluorescent lights flickering, floors black and grungy, paper towels and trash littered the floor, mirrors and sinks beyond nasty, an a toilet just running non stop flinging water everywhere. There were at least ten stalls in there and not one was usable. There was a 100 sanitation score on the wall, which could’ve only been given if the inspector came on the first day they opened. I can guarantee this place would be shut down on the spot if someone came again now to investigate.

This location is having some serious staff issues for the volume of people wanting food at this location. There was a single individual taking and filling all of the orders for inside customers one at a time. This made the entire process painfully slow. The napkins, catsup, and most of the soft drinks on the drink machine were out. So, the individual taking and filling orders was also having to fill drinks as well. Definitely room for improvement big time with this location.

I try not to eat fast food often but from time to time like to get the chili and baked potato from Wendy’s. Sat in line for over 15 mins (guess I should have went inside) and then the chili was lukewarm when I got home (less than 5 mins drive). Looks like they needed more help. Staff were friendly and apologized.

This Wendy’s is joined up with the gas station but it’s a full Wendy’s inside with the usual dining room, Coke Freestyle machine and all the Wendy’s burgers on the menu.
This ended up being my “office” for about two hours this afternoon after I found one table with a power outlet and I was able to connect to their wifi. From there, an order of chicken nuggets went down nicely. Surprisingly hot considering my experience with Wendy’s lately.

Decided to stop here for a bite to eat and was highly disappointed. First the burger we ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and they forgot the sauce. I was highly disappointed and will never visit this location again!

I got 2 six pieces and a ten piece chicken nugget and 2 ranch sauce….. I asked for sweet and sour also and the girl charged me 50c for a freaking sweet and sour….. so 2 sauce is enough for 22 chicken nuggets? 3 separate meals?? Get a grip!!!! Thanks
