Some of the workers act like we are an inconvenience to them. If you dont want to work then dont come there. Managers are always polite but some of the workers can use a little training when it comes to customer service.

I never do this, but these people need to be terminated or drug tested. I ordered on DoorDash, and they managed to mess up the entire order so badly that I can’t even explain. I also did some repairs for this same Wendy’s at 1101 Dawson’s Road, and throughout the entire day I was working, I noticed all the employees constantly grouping up in the dumpster shed out back smoking a lot of marijuana, completely disregarding their job.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Dave’s Double no pickle. Well I got a Dave’s Single instead with pickle. Yes it was during the dinner rush and the drive thru was packed. However that isn’t much of a excuse when you don’t get what you paid for. I didn’t return or call because nobody wants to get home and then drive back.

I have never really felt led to leave a review somewhere but these people are so nice, helpful and friendly. The staff always makes sure we have what we need, the food is always hot and delicious. I’ve had to come to Albany 6 times in the past few weeks to visit someone and their food is awesome. I always stop by.
