I order a hamburger with ketchup and pickles, got a cheeseburger. Gave it back and received a hamburger with mustard and onions. Wanted BBQ sauce for the nuggets got sweet chilli asked for a chocolate frosty and got one i was so surprised . The staff was decent about it but i was an ssa either.

Moldy food!
Horrible service!
We went for lunch. Waited 5 mins to be acknowledged by the cashier. Everyone seemed more preoccupied with the drive thru and kept complaining about being busy. Mind you there had been 1 customer who’d already ordered when we walked in and 2 children who belonged to the cashier and they were sitting in a booth playing.
Finally ordered.
Get food and big mold spot on bottom bun. Take it back up. By now probably 5 other customers had come in and were waiting to order. I tell them I need help and the cashier ignores me until all orders had been taken. I tell her again I’m waiting for assistance on this moldy bun and she asked me if I wanted another one. Um, yes. She took it to the back and I waited 10-15 mins. I finally had to ask if I was going to get a new one. everyone blew me off. The ONLY kind person was someone named Ashley (I think). My father in law walked up to assist and got her involved. She got me a new one. I sat down but it wasn’t right. Double instead of triple but I didn’t care. Just hungry. But then my wife pointed out there was mold on the bun AGAIN! This time I just wanted my money back because I didn’t trust I’d get a fresh one. I went back and the staff started being very disrespectful. One cook said “Ain’t nothin wrong that white boy just want free food.” It about got ugly. Thankfully Ashley saw what I did and did indeed offer to refund my entire meal. I told her no, only my food as my wife had already eaten a salad and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I’m the one who eats here most and I will NOT return. One thing to have moldy food but another to have disrespectful and racist employees. My family helped keep an eye out on the cashiers children and kept their mouths shut on their own food order issues but I’m the racist and greedy one because I don’t want to eat mold!? $10 moldy meal. No thanks.

My wife and I were the only customers. Had to wait for our food. My chicken was hot, but they cooked it to death. My wife’s burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t even trying to melt. She forced down a few bites because she was hungry and trashed the rest. Kitchen crew was having to good a time playing to fix decent food.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s, the line is either short or has 3-4 people, but the wait is 20+ minutes. The food is okay, but if you’re looking for actual fast food, don’t go here.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was given a hamburger with onion fries on it. I don’t eat onions because of my acid reflux. Then they would not answer the phone so that I could tell them. They yell at you at the drive through and the fries are cold.

A complete joke! No one ever came to the speaker box to take my order. I had a Doordash delivery so I’m on a time limit. I waited at the box for approximately 8-10 minutes with no answer. I noticed none the outside lights, menu light or parking lot lights were turned on l. It’s going on 9pm. Anyway, so I thought the speaker box didn’t work. I drove forward thinking I had to order at the window. Nope! The car in front of me said she had been waiting in line for 20 minutes. So I parked and went inside to place my order. There was an employee that was sitting in the lobby putting together a fan. And the cashier was brash and incompetent. She gave my order to another customer that order after me. The customer rambled through the bag and complained it wasn’t hers. The cashier realized she had given my order to the wrong person and repacked it and handed it to me. It was completely unsanitary. I couldn’t help but laugh at how ridiculous that place is

Slowest service I have ever had from a Wendy’s. They ran out of salad. My fries were cold and they only filled my box partially. The burger was poorly made and some how I got an extra half patty added. I dont write bad reviews often but I love Wendy’s and this restaurant is in need of work.

Everyone at this establishment are some of the most rudest people I have ever come in contact with. You pull up to the drive-through and the person says what do you want. you get to the window and they have a nasty attitude. No greeting or anything just tells you to pull to the door for your food. The person comes out with the food doesn’t even make eye contact with you and just shoves the bag towards you. This is my experience every time I come to this location. While I am waiting for my food, I can hear the car behind me asking the person at the window “Why are they always being so rude?” Such an awful experience. I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years so I know it’s a draining job but being nasty and rude, especially when I’m being very polite is ridiculous
