I use to love Wendy’s but now I hardly ever go now. I went a couple of days ago at lunch and ordered just the burger with extra lettuce, tomato, and onion. The manager was at the window and handed me my bag. He clearly wasn’t having a good day and didn’t smile and then got back to work my extra lettuce, tomato, and onion were not in my bag. The floors inside are so dirty and greasy I can’t walk on them.

They fixed my burger perfect. The young lady at the register had a warm greeting smile (wish I remembered her name, she wore braces with rred braids). Excellent service from this young lady and very helpful. My hubby needed mustard. At first, she didn’t see any behind the counter, but as we were about to leave, she found some for us. That’s what I call going above and beyond for customer service. A very caring heart she has. Kudos to her and the staff that was on duty.

I saw the Wendy’s commercial promoting the croissant which and wedges for $3 so I decided to buy some for me and the family since there was a storm and the kids were out of school I went inside to order my food I waited for nearly 3 minutes before a cashier came to take my order who didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and only said to me “what can I get for you”?? I politely said hi and good morning welcome to Wendy’s and then I answered myself and said thank you and then I proceeded to make my order. I waited for an additional 7 to 10 minutes for my fast food! The cheese sauce is a little too much for me so I got mine on the side when I opened my bun to add my own desired amount of cheese on it my sandwich bun was burnt. It didn’t taste too bad but it’s presentation for me.
