BUYER BEWARE: Ran through for a quick sandwich and ordered the Big Bacon Classic ($7.05). Nothing BIG nor BACON nor CLASSIC about this sandwich (see photo). I think I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger instead.

The lack of inconsistency with this chain is staggering. Some restaurants are top notch while others simply do not cut the mustard even though they are following a system. I ordered 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were both made improperly??? It is amazing that some of these locations are still even open.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited in the entire United States. They have some unprofessional kids working the drive through that can barely take the order properly, then giggling non stop. Then when we got the food, the chicken in the sandwich was burnt and the chicken in the wrap was so hard that it wasn’t edible. They charged us for a 4ct tenders but gave us a 3ct. It is the worst, the food was awful and so was the service.

Horrible experience … the lady was incredibly rude and got our order wrong. Then acted like we were wrong . Refused to acknowledge us when we came to pay and we asked if it was a meal she ignored us and charged our card then when we were finally acknowledged she said we didn’t order a meal . If you would like your order to be wrong and to get an every ounce of attitude they can muster at the same time, this Wendy’s is for you. If you want the correct order and to not get more attitude than a pre-teen would give their parents, stay far away from this location. As a local, we used to go often but the current employees have made us stay as far away as possible.

Ended up not eating here! Young lady on the cash register does not know how to do her job. Walked up to the register to order due to there being a long line at the self kiosk just to sit there for 6 minutes while she stares at me. She made it seem like it was such a burden to take a customers order and huffed and puffed the whole time. I understand if she is having a bad day but I don’t think she should let it ruin her work ethic.

The young female cashier looks like she hates her life. She is extremely rude and ignores you. A couple days ago while I stood waiting to order she ignored me and played on her phone for a good 3 min. I let it go. Today, same girl kept ignoring me and walking away, when she realized I wasn’t leaving, she came back to register and looked straight at me and shook her head. Horrible customer service, I left and won’t be going back.
