ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with no cheese – mistake number one , fries hard as hell. mistake two, burger had cheese on it when the ticket clearly said no cheese. mistake number three, after driving around to get it fixed – upon opening the sandwich when I got home there was a hair on my freaking burger. won’t be coming back to this location.

The rest of the meal was satisfactory which was a frosty and a $5 bag. The chili I get once in awhile.The meat that was in this was the chicken nuggets I placed in there from the $5, since no meat was in the chili.

The manager was on her cell phone the whole time. Me and my Daughter waited over 30 with no response. When i asked about our food it was just sitting back there. Getting cold. She give that to us. I give it right back. Also it was missing my daughters fries and no receipt. I guess this is what happens when we have to order off a tablet.

Well run compared to most other Wendy’s I’ve been to recently. Manager saw i was waiting in line at kiosk, and invited me to order at the counter. Food was right and hot. Any more these days it seems like folks just don’t care. Here just before 7pm on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised. Need to clean up the tables a bit more in the dining room, but otherwise nice. Would go here again.

I can’t believe that I’m about to give Wendy’s a 5 star rating but the food was pretty good this time and I actually got an order of fries with bacon and cheese for free. I ordered the baconator with large fries,large chili and a plain chicken sandwich which i gave to my son and a large coke for me. The baconator was a tinge sloppy but I really didn’t care And everything was spot on and I got it through door dash which I got faster even if I went to go get it . And I got a good deal from Door Dash.

Went yesterday, March 8th at 1 pm. Voice on the outside order box went from emotionless to get out of the way and I will tell you how much it is when you get to window. Then I want exact change. I got to the window and talked to a different person who not only wants exact coins but also wants exact paper too because her manager told her to say that. I start looking for a dollar and correct coins. Well, now I’m taking too long and exact change in not needed. I finally get my cold food and warm drinks. Fine. Whatever. Only got half my order anyway. No straws, missing kids meal drink. Have to ask for 2 measly napkins for 3 people, and a toddler. I actually expect all this from Wendy’s. It was the fries that bothered me. This is what’s considered a large.

Night crew sucks! The big dude basically threw my bags of food at me and had an extremely nasty attitude as he said have a good night. The food was thrown in the bag, fries were floppy and cold. Day crew seems to have it together but the service tonight was GARBAGE!!!!! If you don’t like your job, find another one but you’ll probably have a crap attitude anywhere you work!
