I watched from a far corner of the restaurant as the morning transitioned to the lunchtime rush of customers coming through inside and the drive thru. I must say it was very seamless for both sets of customers, and the team was great in how they worked together, making sure everyone got a smile and their order was correct! As one elderly gentleman left, he took the time to walk over to the drew and said, “Great food, great service, and a great job!” He looked over at me, and we smiled, giving each other a thumbs up in agreement! More restaurants need this type of teamwork, effort, and customer satisfaction. I will be back! Im new in town and missed my Wendy’s where I live before until today! I will still miss my Sr Discount as they don’t have that in Macon according to my knowledge.

We ordered on the app and dined in. Overall appearance the dining room was cleaned and the beverage area was stocked. The sandwich was hot but the French fries were cold from waiting in the bag until the sandwich was made. My main complaints were the sweet tea tasted watered down and the soda from the fountain was more syrup than carbonation. The women’s bathroom stalls were gross and needed a thorough cleaning.

Evening, after dark visit through the drive through. No one was in line before me so it was quick in and out. One of the items I ordered was chili, which they didn’t fill up all the way, not otherwise everything was made as ordered and the interaction was pleasant. The drive through screen where you order looks like a bullet or other projectile went through it before. Not really sure what caused the hole.

Straight garbage , the food was missing , chicken sandwich was dry like been sitting for hours , trying to contact the store but can’t cause it like I calling someone cellphone . Yes the Wendy’s on grey hwy in Macon Georgia don’t make no darn sense. Well just lost me as a customer,. N by the way I ordered 4 6 dollar bags , nuggets and fries where missing but due to its was snowing wasn’t going to risk me or my family live for some bull crap food

I give the computer in the drive-thru 5 stars and I give the actual human at the drive-thru window a -1, therefore my 3 star rating. The employee did not even speak, so either Wendy’s is wonderful for hiring mute people or the employee is extremely rude and probably not the employee for greeting customers face to face. Not everything fast food place can be Chick-fil-A.

I’m really disappointed. My food was cold when I got it, I didn’t receive my nuggets at all, and the fries weren’t even cooked all the way. This was a complete letdown, especially for the price. I expect better quality and accuracy with my order. Definitely needs improvement.

I ordered a large chili in the drive tru. How can that be screwed up you might ask? I guess this establishment has a chili shortage and only filled the bowl up half way. So when I got to my destination which was almost in warner robins , it was too late to go back and ask for a full bowl. You got me this time. Won’t happen again.

Horrible service. Had a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Told me they didn’t have my order and shut the window even though it was already paid for at this location. Never coming back lol. Incompetent and unhelpful workers! 🙂 what a waste of time.

INSANELY RUDE!! We went through drive through and that lady on the mic on sep 25 at 8:53 am decided to be so rude to us. My fiancé tried to order an entre sandwich only and she said rudely “you said combo and sandwich only” and tried to argue and we were being nice. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there do not talk rudely to your customers like that ma’am what was that attitude. Drove off. There’s other places to eat.
