I just went there at 9:55 and nobody answers the speaker box. A car was in front of me that literally sped around to the window and when I get there nothing. Radio silence. I even took a video of me sitting there after about two minutes of straight silence for over a minute. Don’t yall have greeting times and window times ? Isn’t everybody wearing a headset ? Nobody in there could answer and say we’ll be with you in a moment ? That’s a sad excuse of a manager to let people sit at the speaker box for over four minutes with no acknowledgment. I couldn’t even make it to Zaxbys in time because I made the mistake of choosing Wendy’s. Won’t happen again trust. Steak and shake ended up getting my money tonight. I understand understaffing but there were only three cars in front of me and no one behind me. That’s not a good excuse for not acknowledging someone. Beware at this location they leave you sitting at a speakerbox for minutes with no acknowledgment I guess in the hope you’ll drive away and they don’t have to work. Congrats it worked.

Went for a late night run after church with the kids. I had to park because they were making hot fries. Well 10 minutes later I started calling to check on my food. Well I called 6 times and nobody ever answered the phone. I went in to check on my food and it was just sitting there. The lady said oh and handed me my food. I still wound up with cold food, and still wasn’t able to talk to anyone.

I like the food and some people were nice but one person told me that I couldn’t have a frosty with the biggie bag. Umm. I order the same thing from 3 different counties between states and this is the only place that told me that and she said everyone else was wrong. Somebody need more training.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the second time this has happened. I arrived an hour before close and was told they are only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash. We sat and put in an order. At 11:25 pm 35 minutes still before they allegedly close. We were then informed that our order wouldn’t able to be completed since they already threw out most of the food. Don’t waste your time stopping here you’ll leave hungry and disappointed.
Update: Since my order was unable to be completed they said they would refund the order. This was Thursday 10/9 today is 10/12 I was never given a receipt for refund either. This level of incompetence is embarrassing.

I asked for a certain kind of coffee, two different kinds. They got the order wrong. It tastes terrible they charge you extra for things that they don’t even give you Services decent people are nice but as far as food goes is terrible especially coffee. Don’t waste that time. and you never know what window to pay at because nobody’s ever in the window and the grease is always burnt

They have a attitude like your bothering them when you come an pay for your food and make sure to check your bag because they will lie and tell you they put your sauce in your bag and it never is. Unless you check it at the window. Just all around not a good experience and this jas happen more then once they gave us on fork and one dressing for two Salads and no napkins

What an awesome experience at this particular restaurant.
On this particular visit (7/19/19) I went inside and right away I noticed it was clean and everything in the condiment section where you get straws, salt & pepper and all that was well stocked neatly. There was plenty of ketchup and other the commodities that you would expect.
Additionally the parking lot was exceptionally clean. The floors inside the restaurant dining room area were clean as well as the tables and counters. Also in the food prep area it was clean and I was actually enjoying knowing that I’d be able to post a great review.
Begining with the front counter person who was professional and very courteous. She greeted with a smile and she was very efficient with both taking my order and reading it back to me to make sure it was correct.
I even spoke to the manager who explained that her sister was the general manager of that location. I explained that I was one of the Google surveyors and that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had not only at that store but at other Wendy’s locations as well. I wanted to let her know I appreciated having a clean place to visit which appeared to be staffed with an awesome crew serving up some of the best food around at a price that won’t break the bank.

The chili beans were not done. The staff had to be fully aware of this and put it out the window anyways. Restaurants are truly starting to not care about customers. Its very sad
