Went to this location ordered number 1 double cheese no pickle extra onions. Im allergic to pickles. I called and asked to speak with the manager he wasn’t concerned didn’t even ask was I ok. Never apologized asked me what I wanted to do come back and get the meal replaced. No you could have killed me. I stop coming here because Wendy’s management team very unprofessional at least some of them. Im very upset. I asked for corporate number his reply was it’s on the receipt.

Well, the super slow service, wrong food, and the restaurant was not clean. Other than that, I guess it was okay. I ordered a double stack and got a chicken sandwich. Then they gave me a double stack without anything on it. I gave up after that. No manager on sight just teens that seemed clueless.

The food here tastes like it has been sitting out for a while. Service is slow and a bit on the unfriendly side. Soda machine has a long delay when pressing the screen. Fries were good, but the chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich were a bit disappointing to me. Feels expensive for mid fast food.

Waited over half an hour for a mobile order of 2 salads, a baked potato and drinks service is super slow. They also forgot the add ons to the salad and didn’t give is straws . Super inconvenient when you only have a half an hour for a break idk, who gave this Wendys and manager that fast service award but they should take it away from Lashonda.

Waited 15-20 minutes on a salad and a burger. Got my salad without the burger so I continued to wait and the young light skin girl from the first window got ignorant telling me “bye” signaling me to leave without my burger. No ma’am I need the food I payed for. Props to the guy at the second window for acknowledging her rudeness and helping me to get the rest of my order.

This Wendy’s on N Columbia in Milledgeville is the best fast food place in town. Always pleasant, always get your order right, food is pretty good, and they are actually fast. Pretty rare for fast food.
