Went into Wendy’s today and had such a great experience thanks to the woman working the counter. She was genuinely pleasant and attentive—something that truly stands out in the food service business where you meet all kinds of personalities.
She was clearly keeping an eye on three different guests waiting for food, proactively communicating wait times and making sure everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of. That level of awareness and care makes a big difference.
She is absolutely an asset to your business.
This is my Christmas gift to her—5 stars, well deserved.

The food was surprisingly decent and fresh, however I would assume after a twenty minute wait it should be. They’re was no one else there but my wife and I. Simple order 2 burgers.
Also why make drive thru wait in the parking lot. Your metrics may look good on paper, but they are a lie. I think owners should ban restaurants from doing this so that the metrics they want to collect would actually be accurate and honest.
I don’t eat fast food but 1-2 times a year, now Wendy’s will not be consumed again, oh well.

The last two time we havebeen there, the service was great. The food was hot and fresh. Thinking they are under new management, because it’s a big improvement. The inside is remodeled and outside very neat and clean. So far it’s about the only fast food I will eat in forsyth.

Decent Stop with Staffing Challenges
It’s tough to judge fast food restaurants fairly when comparing them across long distances, but this one was fine. The employees were nice, and the food was definitely decent.
The one noticeable issue was the cleanliness of the floors and other areas, but it’s pretty obvious they are shorthanded, so I suppose that’s to be expected. Overall, it got the job done. Would I go back? Yes, I would.

Yummy food as per usual Oh my God. I love the chicken nuggets. My order was right, thankfully. The Wendy’s near me ALWAYS gets it wrong so this was very refreshing! And it came out super duper fast. It was literally within like 3 minutes. The lady at the counter was nice too. No complaints here! Not very incredible decoration but that isn’t what you go to Wendy’s for… I did appreciate this though. I can now perform CPR!

The food was fresh and good and the service was great. This is an older location and has not been cleaned very well. The floors are greasy, and the dining room was a little messy. Sadly, it only has a few sift drink options, no Freestyle machine here.
