I used the mobile app to place and pay for 2 combo meals. I made changes to each combo. Surprisingly, they were absolutely correct! My issue is how incredibly S.L.O.W. they were. There were 2 vehicles in front of us. Each of those took several minutes to order. Then it’s our turn. I just had to let them know I had placed a mobile order, and they didn’t even come across the speaker for 10 minutes. An additional 10 minutes was next spent sitting at the window waiting on our order. So what I thought was going to make the drive-thru process even faster by ordering ahead of time took longer than ordering once there. But again, our food was correct. Can’t we just have both accuracy and FAST food at the same time?

Patricia was extremely rude and told me something on the menu wasn’t on the menu and that they didn’t have it anymore. Was being very rude and acted like taking my order was a burden and ended up getting someone else to take my order because she was being rude. Slowest service I ever received and she cut me off everytime I spoke.

Took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. Moved slower than a turtle! I got the $5 biggie bag. I was handed a tea with no ice & no explanation. I peeked through the window & saw that the ice machine had a sign on it that it was out of order. However, it would have been nice to have that explanation. Guy at the window wasn’t friendly but he wasn’t unfriendly. Could have been a robot. Could have been an alien. Don’t know!
