Another fast food joint promises one thing and Delivers way less. I even sent my husband in complaining that it had no bacon, because I couldn’t see it at first. Guess what, 3 2″ pieces is all you get! Baconator sounds like lots of bacon…. not at this wendy’s

Who does the hiring process here? They might need to be replaced. Ordered nacho cheese ON THE SIDE for my fries, didn’t get it. Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender, they gave me 4 piece nuggets. Ordered a frosty which used to come with a spoon, didn’t get a spoon. Asked for honey mustard, they gave us sweet chili sauce. What is going on in that drive thru??? Do yall need some new headphones/speaker systemsor something? … or maybe some q-tips? get it together yall.

If I could leave a review without giving a star I would! I will NEVER go here again!!! ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT FROM HERE!!! There were two cars at this place, one is including myself! I should have pulled off when I had to repeat my order three times! I ordered THREE $6 biggie bags! Got to the window the girl said $26, I said I only have three biggie bags and that’s $26??? As she scanned the card she said yes so I asked for the receipt she then asked for the card again and said it didn’t go through and she needed the card again. That total was $19.53. I pulled my online bank statement up and showed the guy (or whatever he identifies himself as) that was at the window where the girl had charged my card twice and how she asked for the card twice and scanned it twice!! He proceeded to say he doesn’t see it on his end. I literally showed him my bank transaction and he said he didn’t see it on their end. As I pulled off he yelled have a good night as if he was being sarcastic! On top of all of this the food was nasty as heck!!!

I went to wendys on peach orchard rd Augusta ga the soda i had sprite which taste crisp clean & lemon lime the food was great fries could have been a lil hotter but the sprite was awesome I hadn’t tasted it so crisp like that n a long time from restaurants good job guys.

Yall gotta tighten up with wearing gloves, I got two cups of chili i did want onions but the person fix the food also took cash from touch them onions, put them in the chilli cup i wanted to say something but people take things a certain way now a days but this my last fast food run it’s too much going on in the world, touching money then fixing food right afterwards is a no go I can only imagine if I didn’t go inside and seen it I threw my food away it was only $7 and change but I rather not take a chance

This service was horrible !!! The staff handed my nuggets out the window without a bag. I was rushed and told at the last minute they were out of a product. Nuggets were cold and burnt. Just ghetto and unprofessional. I visit at 12:10 am on 10/19. I didn’t receive a receipt. I will NEVER return to peach orchard rd location

Came through drive thru tonight. Didn’t have sprite which is fine so I ask for sweet tea. Get to the window and the lady bagging food is cussing out loud. Then was told they don’t have sweet tea. I understand frustration but openly cussing in front of a customer is wild
