After waiting 20 minutes, what I received was essentially raw chicken on a bun. It looked breaded, but the inside was completely uncooked, more like chicken tartare than a sandwich. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s a major food safety issue.

I went to this Wendy’s to get a midnight snack they didn’t have any sauces for chicken nuggets and I received 50 piece they were out of sausage, BBQ, I asked for honey mustard and they didn’t have that either and didn’t even tell me until after I received my food they put a whole bunch of ranch in my bag who eats chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. I had to go back into the store and get the house sauce. Didn’t even know they had that.

Went inside for a to go order. I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. But when I went and told them I needed a refund because I had to get back to work they noticed I fell through the cracks. Not a big deal. Fast food can be fast paced. They tried to make my meal but I told them don’t worry about it. I just want a refund because I won’t have time to eat it. The manager came out and got my meal made and gave me a refund. She told me she doesn’t want anyone coming to her Wendy’s and leaving mad and hungry. I’ve worked in food service so I get it. Great service. Danny was great taking my order and the staff was legitimately concerned that I didn’t get my order.

The staff working the night shift this evening were very polite and helped get our order fixed when we were missing an item. Very good for it being the late night shift. I really appreciate the staff being kind and energetic and bringing out orders to cars in this cold weather.

Food was good but service was trash. 3 cars in line and waited longer than if I had drove across town to get something to eat. Then had to pull forward and wait more when no one was behind us. Service at this restaurant can be horrible or mediocre but never great

25 minutes wait for a simple order is crazy. I don’t think it’s just this place, but all the the fast food joints have a hard time finding a way to provide good service these days. Especially after covid. I am now convinced that robots and AI might be a better way to go rather than getting sub-optimal service at these types of establishments. Thought I’d never say that. Regarding our order, my wife’s chicken sandwich was lukewarm. . The best part of the order was the soft drinks that came from the machine that mixes your drink for you.

Ordered double cheeseburger and got home with a chicken sandwich also ordered two singles cheeseburgers for my dogs with out onions and pickles they came with both… But April made sure to get things right the next ! Thanks
So, I decided to give it another try and boy was I disappointment, as you can see there wasn’t anyone else inside the restaurant when we got there, and no one to take my order, so I used the kiosk and made my order. After standing and waiting for sometime I was able to get a cup and try to get something to drink as you see from the pictures the ice machine wasn’t working or the fountain machine ice dispenser and all of the diet drinks where out of service or unavailable. There wasn’t any napkins and only one thing of tea and not sure if it was sweet or unsweetened tea. Also as you can see from the photos there wasn’t any ketchup to be found. You would think with no one at the cash register they would be refilling something. Because it wasn’t busy ! Needless to say I’m done with this Wendy’s and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Worst Wendy’s ever!! The manager there also sucks ! I waited 25 minutes for my food only one in line ♀️. Also food was not correct after two attempts asked for money back then the manager says they didn’t do refund! I recommend no one goes here ! They need to do something quickly about this company in employee behavior because it’s giving Wendy’s a terrible experience and customer care! This will make you not wanna go to another Wendy’s!!! This store seriously needs to be closed!

Where’s The FISH !!!
They have this big beautiful picture of what looks like a fantastic fish sandwich. It looks like a true competitor with Arby’s amazing fish sandwich. But it arrived over cooked and extra thin . As you can see in the photo, the breading was thicker than the actual filet. So this was basically fish flavored bread
