Went during lunch time, moderately busy. Was told they had no beef patties. The ice machine was empty, as were the ketchup dispensers. Most of the tables were unwiped. Looked like a new/newly renovated store.

My friend and I got here at 1:20 and placed our orders on the kiosk. Our orders were simple combo meals with frosties. It took them 35 minutes to finally get our orders and we had to go up to the front to confront the workers before they got us what we ordered. Apparently out burgers we’re sitting up front getting cold for who knows how long. They forgot the sauce I ordered too but at that point I was done. The food is good and so are the prices, but if you value your time I’d look elsewhere until they get better workers. I’m not coming back for a while.

My first visit to this location, and I like it. Nice, new interior, and good staff. They got my order correct, and the food was out fast. The chicken sandwich was fresh, and the fries are hot! I definitely like the coke machine with all the options. I’ll definitely bring my family here.

I’m up early and out the door for my job…(3 a.m) so when I’m catching a break, I would like to catch breakfast (around 6-6:30). Well one morning I pulled into a Wendy’s drive thru..(literally 6:28) and was told that I had to come back because they didn’t start serving breakfast until 6:30. I had to drive around the building… (Again) just to get a quick sandwich and drink. When I made it back to the window my food was shoved into my head with attitude and the bag was held like a two year old giving out candy at school. Don’t get me wrong that’s not what bothered me, it was the attitude all because I arrived 2 min earlier than they wanted to open and my sandwich was sloppy and the potatoes cooked too hard. If you are having a bad day don’t bring it to work.. Call in sick.

They do not cook the burgers all the way, the food is always cold whether you eat it there or take it home. So we always take it home so we can heat it in the microwave. They always get the order wrong. So you have to take everything out of the bags and open all the packages before you even leave the counter.

Stay 20 minutes away from Waynesboro made it home with 10 fries in each frie box i spent 25 dollars i called the mod told me that if i cant come back that day of to come back when i can and they will refund me and i told him that the cashier from back booth didnt give me my receipt and asked him can he go get it for me so he went and reprinted ny reciept and claimed he put it up with a note well here i am back at Wendy’s to get my money but the Gm and said they can’t do anything if i dont have the receipt after im explaining to him what the manager on duty told me and said that he put the receipt up with a note but he ls still arguing back with me as to if im lying as i told him im a assistant manager at a restaurant and this is very ridiculous everyone is undivded n not on the same page and 1 saying this thing and the other one saying another i will NEVER spend my hard money here ever again it all starts with the management no wonder they cant keep any workers at this location
