I feel like this place gets a lot of flack but I personally always have good experiences when I go! They do seem to be out of potato’s quite often but I don’t feel like that’s something the employees can control.

Honestly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited my entire life. I literally wet myself waiting in line. There were only four cars in front of me and it took 48 minutes to serve me ice cold french fries and an ice cold hamburger with an ice cold kids meal. Then I had to bang on the window to get my drink for the combo meal, which was the number one, and a kids meal which they didn’t have any kind of drink, so I just told them to give me what they had so I could get out of there. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like they owe me four or five stars for waiting that long for a cold hamburger… what an absolute joke and a terrible waste of a franchise. This place should be shut down immediately and whoever they bribed to get 100 on their health inspection is it absolute joke as well. It’s comical how terrible this place is, I couldn’t be this terrible if I tried. Terrible… terrible…. terrible…. avoid at all costs. Again, I don’t leave reviews but this place is so bad it has to go. I watched the girl inside try to solve the Pythagorean theorem instead of Entering a Happy meal like she was trying to, I don’t know what the problem is, but again avoid this place, it’s a joke and you probably get sick. Somebody wish me luck

They get my order wrong every single time. Not only that, though this is not this store but a wide Wendy’s fault, all the new sauces suck. And they’re getting rid of the spicy nuggets?? The tenders are awful too. But this store gets my order wrong every time, the service is good though, but my fries and bread were stale. The drink was more ice than anything. Top to bottom with ice. This is the last time I’ll be coming here.

This place was good when the got open, but it’s gotten worst. They take too long to take the orders at the drive thru, and when you get to the window. The food that is supposed to be hot is not, at least has happened to me. The concept of fast food they brag about, is not there no more, very disappointed.

I literally have no idea how this place is even still open! I live nearby and no matter the time of day or morning I ever go they never have what you want. There always out of multiple things. I just pulled up at 10 am to get breakfast and I was told they have 3 eggs left and they will not cook anymore?? There is still plenty time left before lunch. I just don’t understand how a business can ran so ignorantly

2.7 stars at the time of my review? What a joke. This is the worst excuse for a Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. They always have their doors shut and indoor dining is closed (they claim it’s because they are short staffed). With this many bad reviews and short staff… Sounds like a management problem to me.

This is one of the prettiest Wendy’s in the area and the service is great but the food.. everytime I come to this Wendy’s the food taste weird like plastic or something, or the nuggies are over cooked and don’t get me started on the time I asked for a half and half ( tea/lemonade) they gave me half tea half WATER.. I had to laugh cause I couldn’t believe it but idk the food taste weird but everything else is great

This is a GREAT Wendy’s location. Employees with outstanding attitudes, the Crabby Pattie meal is well worth the hype. This location is neat and very clean, inside and outside.
