Haley the manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the most enjoyable experience at this Wendy’s. Not only was this probably the best Wendy’s I’ve eaten in a long time The customer service was immaculate. You guys have a great manager at this location

This woman has helped a disabled veteran so many times. Y’all better not get rid of her because you have the best possible manager ever I hope you’re reading this franchise owner. She is absolutely amazing.

I live near this Wendy’s. Personally haven’t ever really had an issue other than a few missed sauces here and there.
It’s normally clean and the food is good. Me and the dog like coming for the 2 for $3 breakfast biscuits. Personally the honey chicken biscuit is the best breakfast menu item.

I accidentally ordered food off the app for the Ringgold Rd location which is in Chattanooga but had meant the Ringgold store. No one could find out how to cancel or modify the order. One of the employees, Haley, went above and beyond to help me get my food without charging me again. Great employees and an environment here.

Cooks making a scene in the drive thru window. The window guy seemed new, my order was wrong I simply asked for the correct order. The cook comes and says that whole order was already made. Just being rude. It was a honest mistake, no reason he should have been treated like that.

My husband and I came here, each got a burger and both of them were absolutely raw in the middle. I will never eat at a Wendys again. Horrible.

Stopped here on my way back to Tennessee just to grab a quick bite for myself and my dogs.
Pulled up to the order box, they greeted me, I told them what I wanted, and the woman told me that they’re not serving
I asked what she meant, but she never answered me again.
***EDIT***.
I drove back by them on my way to interstate about 10 minutes later, after going up to Arby’s. They were still in fact serving people coming through the drive-thru.

I love the food here and service is always fast, but the lady at the counter kept screaming you can come to the counter I can take your order faster than you can use that kiosk. If I wanted to go to the counter I would have. I just prefer to do mobile orders or use the kiosk and it’s kind of embarrassing when she’s yelling across The counter. I go here quite often on my lunch break because it is clean and my food is always fresh but that lady should probably tone it down, especially for people that would prefer just to order it that way.

absolutely terrible… every time i go there they ALWAYS get the orders wrong. i ordered 2 bacon biggie bag meals with just cheese and bacon on the burgers. both of the burger came with no bacon and ketchup on them. like it’s a bacon burger? come on. we also ordered a large sweet tea and got unsweet. i called to get a refund and they were very rude and would not give one. again, this is not the first time this has happened it has been plenty times. it is not hard to just read a screen and put an order together. highly do not recommend this location.

I don’t know how hard it is to remember sour cream and butter goes with all potatoes.. but here I am pregnant and crying because there was no sour cream or butter with my potato… Also, ALL of our fries were half filled and cold. This Wendy’s typically does me good.. I don’t know what happened tonight, but I am throughly disappointed.
