Consistent Issue with Missing Sauces — Needs Corporate Attention
I visit this Wendy’s often, and it’s become a running problem — they always forget sauces and ketchup. I double-check my order every single time, both in the app and at pickup, and it still happens. It’s not a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern of careless packing.
Something’s clearly broken in the process. Whether it’s lack of training, no checklist for bagging, or just poor attention to detail — it reflects badly on Wendy’s overall. Customers shouldn’t have to check their bags twice just to make sure basic items are there.
I’m posting this in hopes that corporate actually looks into this location’s process. It’s a small detail, but it speaks volumes about quality control and respect for customers. Please review how orders are packed and make some procedural improvements — this issue has gone on long enough.

Thank you for the long black hair in my food (I’m a blonde, so…). Disgusting!! As soon as I pulled up, the girl said “hold on”…that’s it…not “please” or “can you”, nope! Then I only get half my order. First bite, long nasty hair. The 3 young Hispanics were not professional at all. Definitely wont go back to that place. Do better!!

The fries was very cold and salty and I ordered a number 2 and the burger was cold like it had been sitting for a long time and the lady at the front counter didn’t give me a receipt I spent 26 dollars on some nasty food and I know for a fact as I work in the restaurant business too as a manager that you have to make sure the food is hot and fresh to keep customers unless y’all do better I would not recommend this location to anybody

2 WEEKS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT MADE THIS RIGHT. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AND ANYONE THAT I COME INTO CONTACT WITH.
I reached out to corporate but never received a response. I wasn’t really expecting one. I went through drive-through on February 4th and it was a train wreck from the start. They were out of multiple items so I placed my order with what they had. I drove 12 miles home With dinner for my family to find out that’s my complete order was incorrect. In addition to a number 1 with cheese, I ordered multiple double stacks and instead of double stacks, I received junior cheeseburgers. I called the manager and he was extremely rude and and hung up on me after telling me to come back up there and they would fix it. I went back up after work And went through drive-through and guess what? The order was wrong again. I will never walk into a Wendy’s or go through a Drive-through again. You lost me as a customer and as many people as I can steer away from there.

The last three times we’ve been to this Wendy’s there’s been something wrong. 1st time they said system was down so they could only take online orders. We completely understood and downloaded the app and ordered. 2nd time, they said “sorry card only, no cash” thankfully, we had card on us, but it seemed like they were trying to shoo us away and cashier had a very bad attitude, not even letting my husband finish his order before she gave him his total- eventually he gave up and just got the first two items he ordered and moved on. 3rd time it was again “system is down only mobile orders.” It seems like there is a pattern here like it’s almost deliberate and they don’t want to take orders.

so i had been trying to be a customer here but the previous times i’ve gone and i order for stuff apparently they don’t have it so a few days ago i went and they said i couldn’t order anything the machine was down litterally on saturday night to be exact around 8 pm (july 9) then this morning july 12 i go to try out breakfast try it out and see if i start coming to wendy’s for breakfeast and recommend it to my friends but i go and as soon as i approached the window they said they had no biscuits i then ordered a coffee and they didn’t have coffee at the moment. so i only ordered fries and left very unsatisfied and unhappy! i hope ceo or managements sees this reviews and does something on inventory there are first time customers who will never return with an inconvenience like this specially back to back…. fries were delicious
