I met the greatest cashier I have ever met in my 40 years on Earth. Her name was Yaris and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. She didn’t have to be nice. She didn’t have to do what she did but it made a crappy night end well. Thanks for the food miss! One of the better fast food joints you can come across. Very clean and food was great.

The food was good and prepared quickly. There was 3 homeless people camped out in different spots inside while me and my 3 kids were there to eat lunch. One spoke to us and asked what county he was in and 1 just watched us eat the whole time. Just odd feeling while trying to eat lunch but didn’t have any problems.

It seems like today’s generation doesn’t really pay attention to details. I’m guessing they just forgot my kids’ chicken tenders this time. Unfortunately, my wife’s baked potato wasn’t up to par either.

Went on 12/29/25 ordered a single with mustard lettuce and pickles only. They gave me a single with ketchup shredded lettuce and no pickles . The one thing I can’t stand on a burger is ketchup . FF were cold too. Want be back.

At 9 pm on a Monday evening they didn’t come to the drive thru ! I watched a young man with headphones on look at me through the drive thru window and he walked away from the window and still did not take my order. If you are not gonna do your job simply close the restaurant. This is the second time at this same location that this has happened. They need to get it together already.

Ordered online yesterday through the app. Had a free Dave’s Single because of National Burger day. Got my bag…burger was the size of a Jr. cheeseburger. Opened it, still in the line: No cheese, no tomato, no onion, 1 sliver of lettuce. They never said they were out of any of those toppings. What if I had have pulled off? Told the “manager” I didn’t want it, free or not, and please give me a spicy chicken sandwich. See the pic attached for what I received…that piece of chicken had almost been torn in two (pieces). Wendy’s Rocky Face/Chattanooga Road is seriously hit or a complete miss!
