I stopped in here to get food before I went to my hotel room. It took 10 minutes for them to take my order. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my food. They were out all lemonade,ketchup, spoons ect.. Then I get my food drive 2 mins away to my room, I get in an open the bag to eat. Fries were ice cold even though they said they dropped fresh fries. Then the burgers were the same way. Employees were in back just screwing off an cussing were everyone could hear them. I will never go back to that Wendy’s an recommend no one else goes as well. I wasn’t only one in there complaining 3 other customers same stuff.

We came here everyday and only used the drive-thru, no problems. Everything great! Then we went inside gave a 20 dollar bill and waited over 15 minutes to get our $9.33 back. Should have used a card or gone through the drive-thru. Lesson learned. Just 2 Frosty’s and 1 soda pop.

It takes consistently bad experiences for me to write a review like this…and here I am. Better pull off to the side and check your order (consistently wrong), 8/10 times food is cold, and employees couldn’t care less… if you dislike what you do that much, why not find another job?

What has happened to service in fast food resturaunts? Stop in to get lunch and they have 2 cars in the drive thru and dinning area empty. Takes about 5 minutes for a red head to come over and signs in register and says what can I get you. No greeting no smile. Hands us our order no thank you and turns around. Condiments were empty and no napkins in dinning area, only lids & straws. You do realize that your customers pay your salary right? Without us you are not needed.

When I was at this location midday on Tuesday 12/2 there was an older white-haired man with a cane who asked for assistance getting his money card balance. He had a flip phone but told me he’d run out of minutes. I called the service number on his money card but the robo-voice said his PIN was expired. I excused myself to go to the restroom, and came back intent on helping him reset his PIN, but I could not find him. I’m curious if any staff or customers encountered this man.

My Mother has been ordering on Doordash from this location a few times now, our most recent one was just a few minutes ago from me writing this review, Almost every single time we get something from here the workers end up forgetting something, or getting one of our items wrong, I hate to write this, but I would like to have my voice heard when the employees aren’t paying attention to what orders come thru their systems, I know this since I used to work for Burger King, wasn’t a manager but a crew shift member, but I know enough to understand that something needs to be done to fix this issue.

Came here to get food before a trip and I had my 5 month old pup with me. Came in was greeted by a man name woody he took my order and jokingly with me and it was great order was perfect sat down waiting on my order pup doing nothing but sitting there and be good and my name got called I walk up grab my food and the manger walks around the counter and ask do you have a license for that dog and I said he’s a pup and she says it goes against food and safety and I said okay grab my food walked grabbed my drink and the pup walked out but as I was walking out I heard her say that they had a incident were somebody else dog got loose and took of in there kitchen so when I got kicked out it was bc you had a bad day bc of somone else and don’t have a sign or anything saying I couldn’t bring my dog in so now I’m outside in my truck eating my food and props to woody who took my order great guy and amazing service from him

So yesterday I came and got dinner for the family and not only was the person in drive thru rude and acted like he hated his job the order was very wrong. Then today I wanted to stop and get a strawberry lemonade since according to Google they open at 9am but they told me they didn’t open until 10am so why are the hours wrong why do they hire ppl that hate their jobs and rude to the customers???? Very dissatisfied!!!!!
