Raw meat like for real nasty. My husband got a triple burger leaving only one patty outta the three was done. Then when I tried to call to talk to someone i tried twice no answer. Smh….all after a long day at work….know better do better please

So I came there tonight about 7:57 when I pulled around it looked like the building was closed All the lights outside were turned off The menu was turned off I pulled up said to my daughter I think they’re closed sat there for a second then they came to the microphone ask for my order and I said hey you know your lights are off out here I can’t see the menu The girl proceeded to tell me that it’s on a timer and I said well can’t you turn it on I can’t see it she said you can come inside they’re lit up inside and I said no it’s cold outside I came to the drive-thru because I don’t want to come inside can you please just turn the menu on so they finally turned the menu on and the street lights right there but the menu finally came back on I ordered my food went to the drive-thru the gentleman took my card didn’t really greet me or nothing which is whatever but handed me my food I ordered two number ones and then a chicken wrap meal with chili cheese fries in the bag felt super light I said is this all of it he said yeah I pulled forward just a little bit and looked in my bag and literally both of my number ones were missing All I had was a fries both of the burgers were not in the bag I had a backup ask for my burgers I didn’t even get an apology and I was looked at like I was crazy. Seems to me they had the lights off so people would think they are closed so they did not have to work, bc this service was lazy and rude

One of the worst Wendy’s ever. Requested fresh French fries, and of course I got wilted barely tepid fries. They are never busy, but they act like your bothering them. Do they never get fresh food in? Why is the quality so bad? But as bad as the food is, the nasty attitudes are worse.

This place would be a 0 if I could put one. Multiple times this restaurant would state cash only just because the drive thru worker did not want to deal with customers. The general manager Sarah will refuse to give out information when asked and always has a rude attitude. This is a local franchise so corporate can not do anything about it. When asked for the owners number Sarah would refuse to give it out. When employess need their pay stubs or checks she states she can not do anything about but she can. When it comes to service Sarah will hang up the phone instantly if you have a complaint or have another employee pretend to be the manager. They also admitted to pretend to be out of food just so they get their drive thru time back to normal. If you get your food and its cold she will refuse to replace it. She will also walk in the office if customers need to talk to her. Again this is a local franchise and she refuses to give out the owners or general managers number so you can make a proper complaint.

We ordered an apple pecan salad. The chicken in the salad was so hard that you couldn’t even chew it. We had to take all the chicken out of the salad because It was dark brown and dried out. I will not go back to that Wendy’s for another salad. It’s very sad to see how this Wendy’s has gone downhill. I hope the manager is able to get this message.

Wow Sarah is amazing! I asked for a rather complex order and it was done in what felt like record time, plus the atmosphere coming from the kitchen was absolutely static. There was laughing, people were pulling each other’s legs. It sounded like more a family than a business. It was enough for me to consider putting in an application to this location.

Sarah has ruined this location for me. The attitude EACH and EVERY time I come, day or night, rain or shine….she is hostile for NO reason at all. I can’t imagine how her co-workers are treated if the customer receives this quality. She thought it was a good idea to mock my boyfriend who has a country accent who was the one in the driver seat ordering our food. Her tone was unbelievably rude and then once he told her “that will be all” she responses in a mocking tone with a heavily forced country accent “your total is 8.66” and I couldn’t believe what just happened. It’s one thing to have a bad day, which seems like every day that Sarah has to work, but for you to mock someone in front of their face is wild work. Miss Sarah doesn’t have hands like Wendy, so please ma’am watch your attitude.

My daughter went to wendys tonight and bought food, she got a chicken sandwich combo and 2 daves single burgers. The chicken as u see in pictures is raw and had a sour smell to it. They did the same thing to me and my husband, i believe the health department needs to be called, my daughter threw up, they dont change their grease properly either, fries are burned and dark brown from the old grease. Wendys here in royston used to be good, but now if u eat there, u are taking a huge risk of food poisoning. We wont eat there ever again. Yuck!!!!
